"The garden is exceptional. I've never seen such a beautiful one in China. The breakfast is well varied. The staff are attentive. Only the corridor makes noises and one can hear kids shout and run in the room. There is only one Chinese restaurant proper. The bar makes bad cocktails. It's to be improved. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there's nothing nearby but the old city is within a stone's throw so it's not a problem. Worth staying at. "

"They charged me again when I checked out. I realized this and the staff assured me that the charge was reversed and everything was in order, fine and the payment was not complete. Despite this, I just received the VISA receipt and finally they DID THE CHARGE. I tried to communicate with them unsucefully, the customer service is zero.
I thought the service should be better, considering is a Crowne Plaza, but I was wrong..."
