"It's very dark when we arrived, but actually just 6.30pm. Staff is so friendly and English support. Great interior, good sleep and well-prepared. I do like the movable partition to separate between shower area and bedroom for privacy when dressing outside the shower booth. Also, help bedroom less noisy from toilet sound. There's no restuarant here, so no breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Most of restaurants around here are closed when we arrived. However, there's convenient store...

"La casa está bien, con mucho espacio. Nos alojamos 3 personas en una habitación porque hacía calor y fue un poco estrecho. La otra opción hubiera sido que la tercera persona hubiera dormido en la buhardilla en el segundo piso pero no lo veía demasiado seguro. No nos dieron demasiadas indicaciones cuando realizamos el check in, creo que fue por limitaciones con el linglés. Es necesario tener coche para acceder a la casa y hay aparcamiento justo delante. Las vistas son maravillosas desde el balcón...

"A small hotel but very cute settings. Have a playground for children. Room is very clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. We stayed at the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, but the staff help us and have the luggage delivered to our room. "

The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. "Really homey and clean, love the cottage feel and quietness. There’s no restaurant around and the closest grocery store is about 20 min walk next to Naka-Furano Station, so we did cook a lot. Other families also BBQ. I wish there were a bit more kitchen supplies but we managed just fine. "

"Every staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!"
