"The only thing I liked was the location and the staff. The worst part is that I made a reservation for 3 people and they gave me a room with one bed. And they wanted to charge me an extra 500PHP for a bed. And of course I didn't pay. And they put a mattress for the child to sleep on. Other than that, the Resort is old. "The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use."
