"Lovely venue"

"Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. Probably the best sleep i got since a very long time in an organic heritage hotel very quiet and warm town. All TV and coffee bar are modern and clean and convenient. "Lovely traditional pub, excellent food and accomodation"

"Pristine"

"There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate."

"Clean and comfortable. Good value. Nice bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location"

"Very noisy hotel. Surrounded by the motorway and a road and with a horrible acoustics isolation. The wifi does not work properly. On the positive side, the staff is very professional and nice and the breakfast is very complete. "

Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...
