"This is like home away from home. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also."

"Everything was flawless from reservations to check out. Owners were very responsive, met us upon check in, walked through with me and showed me everything. Everything you need was available inside cabin. The peace and quiet and view from our cabin was beyond words. I would recommend this property to any one and im even gonna plan a trip back. There was a nice sweet visitor every morning named cocoa. Made us feel like we were home. The nearby town of Granville was amazing. "

"Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure."

And the decor is cute.Second, I wish I would have known this was in a residential mobile home park. I probably would have booked anyway but I think you should present your home in a completely honest way.Third, there is no storage in the bedrooms. No drawers or anyplace to leave your suitcase open. "The host was very responsive and very sweet. We spent the week there during Christmas and enjoyed every minute. We found ourselves sitting on the patio looking out to the lake for 90% of the time (the pic they have posted is EXACTLY what it looks like in person). So peaceful! Loved that they provided a heating lamp on the porch so we could stay out there when it was chilly. The home is very nice, clean, and homie. I didnt even know there was going to be a hot tub, so that was a nice surprise....
