The apartment features spacious rooms spread over two levels, ideal for groups and families.

Air-conditioned area (main bedrooms):
Bedroom 1: King bed, private bathroom, two balconies, and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two single bunk beds, private bathroom, ocean view, and closet.
Bedroom 3: Two single bunk beds, private bathroom, ocean view, and closet.
Bedroom 4: A semi-double bunk bed, private bathroom, ocean view, and closet.

First-floor social area and spaces (with fans):
Sofa bed.
Integrated living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Open guest room with a single bunk bed.

These areas have auxiliary fans to maintain pleasant air circulation and greater comfort during your stay.

This penthouse has been designed to offer comfort in both the relaxation areas and the gathering spaces, making it an excellent option for families and groups who want to enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay together.

The building has direct access to the beaches of El Laguito, where you will also find a pier with quick routes to Tierra Bomba Island.

Each guest must pay a fee of COP 10,000 (USD 3).

- There is a full bathroom on the terrace.
- The apartment has direct access to the terrace.
- The apartment includes two free covered parking spaces.
- The living and dining rooms have four ceiling fans, but no air conditioning.
- The secondary bedroom has no door and includes a ceiling fan.
