RATES & THINGS TO NOTICE

-base rates start depending on the seasonality (low/mid/high) and are up to 10 guests.

-the rate increases $100/night with any additional guests after 10

-maximum capacity of 12 guests

-to receive an immediate quote from HomeAway or V.R.B.O, please enter the number of guests and the dates you wish to travel on.

-whole house rental (owners will not be at the property)

-if required by guests, Casa Santo Toribio will arrange taxi's, boat rental and restaurant reservations

-both the cooking & cleaning staff are included in the rate (groceries are not included, this must be provided by the guests)

-check in is at 3pm and checkout is at 11 am (we can hold your luggage until check in time or after check out, no longer than 7pm)
