UNOS DÍAS TRANQUILOS

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Buscábamos unos días de tranquilidad y hemos encontrado el remanso de paz que necesitábamos. La casa está bien equipada, quizás habría que cambiar alguna sartén y organizar los cubiertos, pero no nos ha faltado de nada. El entorno inmejorable. Repetiremos el próximo año

Tanto la casa como el entorno son muy bonitos. Lo que se echa de menos es algo mas de mobiliario en el salón que está un poco desangelado. Pero sobre todo, me ha parecido deficiente el menaje de la cocina. No es que falte nada en especial, pero se nota que no está bien organizado. Los distintos modelos de cubertería, cristalería y vajillas, se amontonan por falta de espacio o de organización. Y las sartenes estaban, francamente, muy estropeadas. Otro asunto es que la limpieza a mitad de estancia fue bastante deficiente.

A fantastic very well equipped villa, with excellent outside facilities. The villa was very spacious for our family and everything we needed was provifor. All was very clean and well presented and the showers were excellent with fantastic water pressure. We all loved our stay there and cant fault anything.

Deeply disappointing

We have stayed in La Manga Club over fifty times in different areas and ots familiar and easy for us as a family. This villa looked perfect with a huge pool and beautiful views even if its on the other side of the club from the tennis club and up by the now closed down spa and the immediate area looks very sorry for itself and deserted with peeling paint and hints of better days. The villa itself is very different from the pictures. Think lots of orange pine, old pool furniture that q man turned up to put nails into to hold them together and tiles falling off the bottom of the pool. The inside is old fake flowers, 1980s prints and nylon bed linen and incredibly uncomfortable beds. My husband gashed his foot on the bottom of the pool on day one and i called the property manager who refused to apologise and insisted there must be a broken tile which there wasnt. The manager had extended out stay by 3 days but asked for cash which was fine but the state of the villa and lack of help meant my husband couldnt play golf as he couldnt walk and had to have his foot dressed daily. Im sure this was once a great villa but its seen better days and it was very disappointing

Excellent 10 days with the family

Lovely villa, spotlessly clean and added bonus of midweek clean and linen change. We loved the pool and the outside space. Perfect for a large family. Jane was an excellent host. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa

We have had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool is amazing and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and flexible, which we appreciated.

Stunning! We love this place.

Beautiful villa! My third stay at this place, can’t fault it. Great location on the club, situated in Las lomas, very peaceful with gorgeous views - we had a car which is useful if you are on this side of the club and need to go shopping but you can either take a walk to the other facilities on the club if you’re feeling fit, hire bikes or make full use of the courtesy bus that runs across the club throughout the day/evening which we used when we were going out for dinner. Just visit the reception at las lomas which is a minutes walk away from the villa and ask them to call it for you. Also a taxi ride anywhere on the club is just €5. We were a family of 8 this time, and the villa was perfect for us, very well equipped and I especially love the pool for our small children as the mushrooms separate them from the deeper end. Everything is on one floor which again is perfect for young children as no stairs to worry about. Pleasure dealing with Jane again, she was very informative, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Villa

A group of 6 adults spent a week in this beautiful villa at the beginning of June. Jane was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries throughout the booking process. She was there to meet us on arrival and ensured we were happy with using the facilities. The villa was clean, extremely comfortable and very spacious. The outside, where we spent most of our time, was amazing with lovely terraces & sun beds to enjoy the fab views. A great size pool which we chose to heat and was well worth it for the time of year. We even swam late evenings and having an outside shower room was so useful after using the pool. There is a large table and chairs to enjoy a more shaded area and ideally situated close to the kitchen to serve meals outside. The kitchen was well stocked with extra fridge, great for drinks. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and is bright but always keeps cool. Bedrooms had plenty of storage space and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms spacious having showers over the baths. There is everything you need in this Villa to make a perfect holiday, whether with a group of adults or as a family with children. It is positioned in a quiet private area and within walking distance of the Italian restaurant and coffee shop but you do really need transport. We always enjoy returning to the La Manga resort, the men love the golf and the ladies love the ambience and relaxation the resort offers. We would highly recommend this Villa and look forward to returning again in the future.

Week of fun in the sun

Had a great week in the sun, it was peaceful until we arrived with 5 kids 2,4,10,13,20. One thing that you cant see in the pics is a barrier that prevents little ones going to the pool when they shouldn't, a must. The bbq area is excellent, Jane supported our stay and went out of her way to provide cot / baby chair etc and stayed late so I could collect the keys. Would go back, a great time was had by all - thanks

Beautiful villa.

We booked this villa for a family stay over Easter 2018. The villa was beautiful, and we had the pool heated for the duration of our stay. The pool made the holiday for our grandchildren. It was light, airy and spacious. Before our stay we had lots of contact with Jane Whent and she was very helpful indeed. She organized food for us on Easter Saturday, and found out what supermarkets were open on Easter Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble and she made our visit so much more problem free.

Lovely Villa

Stayed for the last 2 weeks in August. There were six people in our party, 4 adults and two teenagers. The villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The pool was one of the largest we have seen in a rented villa and was great fun. The villa contained everything needed for a comfortable stay, even a decent paella pan. The views from the villa are lovely, reaching to the sea and to Cabo de Palos lighthouse as well as over the North golf course. Our only point to note is that some more outdoor furniture would have been welcomed, e.g. some sofas and chairs with some shade placed at the end of the pool, or in the pergola area in the lower garden. The welcome and check-in service from Jane at Murcia Villas was seamless. The La Manga club resort is fabulous, with bars and restaurants close by and the cove beach provided superb snorkelling. On site supermarket was well-stocked and reasonably priced. The golf courses were in superb condition (we played the South and the West), with the start points for both being walkable from the villa. Overall, a top-class family holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely villa in a peaceful resort

We recently stayed here for 2 weeks and didn't want to come home!! There were 6 adults and 3 children (11, 8 and 2.) The villa was very spacious and was set in large grounds which included a large pool and gardens around it. It has everything you could possibly need: hair dryers, toaster machine, dishwasher etc. The cleaners came once when we were there and did a great job of cleaning the villa. The pool was maintained on a regular basis and was always lovely and clean. There were some restaurants, spa facilities and a children's playpark within walking distance but a hire car is essential if you want lots of choice of restaurants and shops. It was a very peaceful area and we had a lovely relaxing break here. Jane, from Murcia villas was very helpful and was quick to answer any queries we had. We would definately recommend this villa.

A perfect holiday

We spent 2 weeks at the villa and had a glorious time. The views were lovely and the villa was really great . It was really hot when we went so we were so happy that the air con worked so well in all the house . The cleaning service was excellent! It was also great to know that Jane from Murcia villas was on hand if we had any problems. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Amazing house/horrible Villas Murcia response

The house is a dream, lovely rooms,great pool, it's big and comfortable. It's a shame though that when we got there it was dirty. Murcia villas treated us as if we were lying (I took pictures), no more smiles from Jane. 3 people came to clean, in half an hour they were gone without saying goodbye( except the guy, who was kind) and with the house still dirty. As I result we had to clean it. The yard part looked like it was abandoned and Jane told us that they don't clean that part.We've had an amazing time there anyway so I recommend the house.
