Apartamento dentro de la ciudad amurallada.

Apartamento comodo y bien equipado en la ciudad amurallada cerca del Hotel Santa Clara. Las instalaciones del conjunto son muy buenas con dos piscinas muy tranquilas.

Housed in a charming and well located apartment complex in Cartagena's historic center, this unit is quiet (top floor), clean, and elegant. The artwork is tasteful and colorful, appropriate to the sunny setting. The king-size bed was comfortable. We appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Irene, our on-site host, who was quick to respond to requests for information (e.g., restaurant recommendations). The two balconies are a definite plus although we would recommend that the hosts offer patio furniture of their guests' use.

Excellent Location, great pool, Good AC

The property has a security desk which was good for me a woman traveling alone. The AC was an amazing respite from the heat and the large lap pool also provided relief during the day and a great source of exercise. The unit was a bit run down. The ceiling fan in one room did not work but they sent someone in to fix it promptly. The automatic shade was a cheap material and glued together. The light in the hallway went out making it difficult to place the key in the lock. It also was fixed the next day. There was some construction and the unit next door moved out during my stay, so there was noise during the day. I would stay there again for the location, the pool and AC, but there were a few challenges.

An Oasis in the Heart of The Old City

A quiet sanctuary just steps from the city walls. Close to all the sights and charms of Cartagena, but it becomes a haven after you come through the main door. Secure building with friendly staff. Spacious rooms, and it was great to have a swimming pool for a morning or evening swim. I would definitely stay here again. It met all our expectations.

Excellent. Location; Beautiful Outdoor Space

While the inside of the apartment is worn and could use some updating, the apartment is comfortable, well outfitted, and excellently located. The apartment has both a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The apartment is in a complex that is well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space that is lush and has a lovely pool. Recommended.

Overall stay good, close to everything . Nice condominium. Only thing I strongly suggest is to change sofa bed is not really a bed very uncomfortable to sleep or even sit only thing we didn’t like. Apartment is very comfortable for 2 guest . Thank you

great comfortable and safe stay!

had a 24/7 doorman so felt very safe the whole time. had 2 pools which were amazing and walking distance to everything in the walled city and gestemani. had a few ants that i had to spray but wasn’t too much of a problem!

The place and location is wonderful! However, it was advertised for 4 people so we had the reservation for 4 adults and since arrival we had problems with reception about being 3 or 4? Finally we were admitted and when we entered the unit we realized it is definitely NOT for 4. It was late so my daughters had to stay one night but we had to rent another hotel room at a different place so they could actually rest.

Fabulous stay

Even better than expected. Yes, the place isn't brand new, but the fabulous location and beautiful pool made up for it. Gorgeous building in the old town within walking distance of everything in the old town (and several tiny beaches (mostly locals) with shade umbrellas you can rent) yet quiet and peaceful (even music on Friday night stopped at a reasonable hour). Beach towels, towels, and plenty of bedding options provided. Strange to have knives but no cutting board, but no biggie. Great to have cold water in the fridge (we boiled tap water) to fill our water bottles. Only negatives: no shampoo or conditioner, and we had to ask multiple times and wait hours for a second roll of toilet paper. Seriously, this is not the place to cheap out! Sheets on the master bed were also too small and kept popping off the corners, and there were some tiny ants in the kitchen, but it was still a lovely stay overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again. Thanks!

Building is beautiful but the unit is in need of repair

There were significant issues with the unit from burnt out or non functioning lights to a hot water tap in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned on to kitchen cabinets that were so stuck we thought they were locked. The balconies couldn’t be used because there was no seating. The local agent was friendly but slow to respond. The building itself is lovely, the pool wonderful and the location is great (quiet but easy walk to restaurants, etc.) but the unit needs some serious TLC

Safe Comfortable Location

I very much enjoyed the quietness of the building. The courtyard is well away from the street. No hassles with checking in and out. Condo was in excellent shape. There's a security door manned 24 hours.

Great home base

This was a great spot for two that did not really cook, and spent limited time in the condo. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Information about check-in/ check-out was a bit limited, could have used a secondary roll of toilet paper, coffee filters, kitchen towels, etc., but otherwise was suitable. Location is great, quiet (minus a few rowdy guests in the complex), and front gate guards are wonderful. Would stay again for our next family visit—thank you!

Beautiful property but security is over-the-top

We were in Cartagena for our wedding and stayed at this property after we checked out of our hotel. The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location. However, the security is completely out of hand/over the top compared to the hotels we stayed at and visited. We were not informed in advanced that we would need to send the property manager a list of everyone that would visit us ahead of time including passport photo etc. you can imagine with a wedding (friends and family in town) that this would be a logistical nightmare. ^^ As a result we spent far too much time waiting for security to go through three layers of approval just to authorize visitors. We ended up just telling people to not even stop by because it wasn't worth the hassle and security was completely unorganized. My husband left the room key for me at the front desk one night and they screened me again as if I was a complete stranger (I'm 6 months pregnant by the way and just wanted to go to my room and rest). They even asked me if I was my mom or sister (who were visitors) and fumbled around for 15-20 minutes before getting me the key.
