The space

Spread across a bright, well-appointed interior, this 3-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests with 4 beds and 3 full bathrooms. Soft linens, hangers, and bedroom essentials are provided throughout, and the airy layout keeps things comfortable from the moment you arrive. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and plenty of natural light make the apartment easy to settle into for stays of any length.



Private terrace

The terrace is where the day begins and often where it ends - morning coffee with the sea in front of you, cocktails as the sun drops low. The Caribbean view is unobstructed, and the breeze is constant. It is the kind of outdoor space that earns its place as the heart of the stay.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner. You will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table. Basic supplies are stocked so you can get straight to cooking without a long shopping trip first.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms with four beds in total accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Bed linens, towels, iron, and clothing storage are included, along with bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water - across all three bathrooms. A bathtub and hair dryer are also available.



Community amenities

Calablanca Residences is designed around leisure. The spa offers separate areas for men and women, each with showers, steam room, sauna, and two outdoor jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.



The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and Pilates equipment. A game room with pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and a Smart TV rounds out the indoor recreation options. Outdoors, a large family pool and a children's pool offer space for everyone to unwind.



The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. The private beach stretches 167 meters, bordered by a live fence, and is equipped with sunbeds, cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are available for rinsing off after time in the water. A 60-meter dock accommodates vessels up to 60 feet. Beach essentials including towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also provided.



Connectivity and extras

Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay connected. A washer and dryer are on-site. The building has an elevator, 24-hour staff, self check-in, and free parking - both in the garage and on the street. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are welcome.



We also offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost.
