The Space:

The space

Four bedrooms and seven bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests with room to breathe. Light-filled interiors invite rest and unhurried conversation, while air conditioning keeps every room cool and comfortable throughout your stay. Soft bed linens, towels, hangers, clothing storage, and all the essentials are provided, so you can arrive and feel at home from the first moment. A dedicated workspace and iron add practicality for those who need them, and self check-in is available with building staff on hand around the clock.



Outdoor living

Step outside and the island opens up around you. A family pool stretches across the property, lined with sunbeds for long, unhurried afternoons in the Caribbean warmth. A separate pool gives younger guests their own space to play. Two fire pits cast a warm glow for evening gatherings, and three outdoor showers make rinsing off after the beach effortless. The private beach extends 167 meters along the water's edge - less than 5 minutes on foot from the villa, without needing to leave the complex. A dock accommodates vessels up to 60 feet, and a BBQ grill and backyard round out the outdoor spaces beautifully.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen holds everything needed to cook with ease - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Dine at the indoor dining table or take the meal outside to the patio, where the sea breeze joins every gathering. Coffee is provided to start your mornings right.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are arranged to give every guest their own corner of comfort. Beds, linens, and pillows are all provided - simply arrive and rest.

Within Calablanca Residences, guests have access to a spa featuring separate men's and women's areas, jacuzzis, steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment, and the game room offers pool, foosball, and ping-pong tables alongside a Smart TV. A BBQ area, patio, and free parking garage are all part of the experience.



Getting here and getting around

We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost, making your arrival as seamless as the stay itself. Pets are welcome at the villa. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are also accommodated.
