Kitchen was missing some essentials (no coffee maker, no salad spinner, no covered casserole dish, no salad bowl,. "Sometimes you come across a place that deserves 6 stars and this is one of those places. Incredible location with an incredible host, thanks Gillian and family for looking after us for our two week stay. We already miss this cottage and can't wait to get back. Deer in the garden (if your up early enough), horse's to feed and birds to listen to. Relax infront of the fire with a book or make use of the strong wifi in every room. "We had a very nice time even though the location was not quite as convenient to amenities as expected. The only negative was the cottage was cool in the evening and overnight. We mentioned this but owner said there were extra blankets, however we couldn’t see how that helped unless we were in bed. We also did not like the fact that all the furniture was shrouded in covers."
