Reservation was made for a room with a single bed. Our room was moved to a two double bed room. Room was next to an exterior door and very noisy. TV did not work. Climate control did not work.

Good Morning, I apologize that the first floor adjoining rooms you requested at time of arrival were not satisfactory. This set of adjoining rooms were the only ones available at that time. We would have been happy to assist you in moving once you discovered the choice was not acceptable. Too warm for sleeping.
Room was spacious and clean, sofa and bed were comfy, shower was adequate with plenty of hot water. Downside 1 was the a/c thermostat, locked in eco-saving mode while the room was 77 deg and stiflingly stuffy. Downside 2 was the constant loud road noise.

An unfortunate weekend
Information on Hotels.com did not match that of the hotel. The checkout time was hour earlier than indicated which caused much trouble. Also the pet fee at the hotel was greater than hotel.com listing. The entire hotel was booked with construction workers and the place was loud every morning between 4-6am while they got ready for work. The AC was extremely loud and made sleeping difficult as well. Minimal items at breakfast. O

Well the staff is amazing i stay here regularly for work. But this time while laying down watching TV a bed bug crawled up the bed and joined me. I placed it in a cup and took it down to the night staff. I was moved to a room on a different floor but nothing about a refund or credit towards a future stay.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options (cereal, waffle maker) looked good although we left before eating. Entry to the building is secured by the attendant operating an electronic lock or your room key. The only negative thing to us was the motion light in the room, which seems like a good feature but for us it was annoying to have the bright light come on every time one of us went to the bathroom. All in all a very nice property.

The free breakfast is a nice option. Every day there was a different type of egg and meat option. Easy way to start the day with kids. The bed was comfortable. The pillows need replaced. The staff is very nice!

Breakfast was great. Walls are thin and lots of guests get up at 4:00 am for work. Overall it was an average hotel; you get what you pay for.

My initial room was directly across from the elevators and guest laundry. I was woken up at 4:45 AM by someone’s clothes in the dryer (zippers and metal objects are very loud when in the dryer). I called the front desk and they offered me another room. So, in a robe and barefoot, I’m switching rooms at 5:30 in the morning. Also, the driveway and parking area are full of huge holes.
