"We enjoyed our stay here. We had participated in the homeschool conference at the Ark Encounter so it was nice staying close by. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen was nice too. I loved the keyless entry! Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"This property is exactly how it is described! It is an escape back into times of old, but with all the modern amenities! "My husband and I and our friends absolutely loved our stay here. The guys visited with Larry, (the owner of the property), every evening. We visited The Ark and the Creation Museum. Then the guys headed to the Air Force Museum while we ladies relaxed on the porch. The history of Granny's House is fantastic. Loved reading the news article about it's history. Great place. Well worth the stay"

The Ark was 7 mins away, Creation Museum to the north about 43 mins away, about 35-45 mins away from horse venues towards Lexington, 1 hour away from Entertrainment Junction in Ohio, and many more places we could have gone too. "We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning...
