"Mark is the epitome of what every good host should be. He was extremely communicative and we felt very comfortable in his home. It is absolutely perfect for small families for ski weekends or Summer adventures in the White Mountains. Mark gives great recommendations for good eats, activities, etc. so you don’t even have to think about a thing while on vacation. We will absolutely be back at one of Mark’s properties in the future. "

"We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming and well maintained. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily rent this house again. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was everything we were looking for. It was cozy and warm, bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful and our favorite part of the stay. The location was also super convenient as it was right off a main road and easy to find, but still very quiet. We would definitely love to stay again!"
