"This was a two night stay in Fairbanks. Getting into the building was a bit confusing. No noise coming from the other units (parking lot was full). Not located near anything of interest that’s walkable. We were put off by a few things mainly the smell as soon as you walk into the building. Not sure why the windows wouldn’t open (top units had their windows open). The one in the bedroom appeared to be nailed shut?!?! Overall this unit was just ok. "Excellent aurora viewing. Bob was great. He answered all my questions. The outhouse on the property doesn’t close from the inside. Other than that weird development, this property is amazing and I’d recommend it to anybody. 5 stars without a doubt. "

"Flexible checkin/out times, this was a great area to have dogs with us. The interior is outdated, but in a very cute way. There were some things the previous people had left behind (children’s socks and undies in the hallway) that weren’t noticed by the host. The balcony was lovely to sit on, the only real downside was the heat wave that we had, certainly not controllable, but the lack of ventilation was a bit uncomfortable, so if you’re headed here during summer, just be aware. "The house was beautiful and very clean. Our favorite was the hot tub in the back yard and fireplace in the living room. We couldn’t figure out the clothes dryer. Very nice place we would stay here again."
