"Easy check-in and check-out. Clean. Lots of space for a 3-2. Great balcony and back patio. Friendly and responsive property management folks. Some fixtures are old, finicky, and need replacing (e.g., water faucets, vertical/panel track blinds). Would stay here again. "

"Very lovely atmosphere and easy and quick communication with the host for any questions. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to work the ceiling fans in each room but after some trial and error we figured out how to put them on a suitable level. The heated floors were a fun surprise and would make a winter visit perfect!"

"My wife & I just spent 10 nights at this home for our annual Moab mt bike trip. It was one of the best VRBO homes we've ever stayed at. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with large closets. The complex is convenient to town & the mt biking trails but still far enough away to be quiet. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay here again on our 2025 trip to Moab."

"This 2/2 was perfect for our small family of 3. My son is 10 and loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Also, he enjoyed swimming in the huge community pool. The condo had a variety of coffee to select from, S&P, and the kitchen was properly equipped with everything you would need to cook. Bring quarters to do laundry at the community laundry room. I would stay there again. "

"There was plenty of space in the apartment. Having 2 bathrooms with 3 adults was fantastic! The location was great. Liked being out of the downtown area but close enough to have dinner options. About 15min to Arches (due to speed limits). Would stay here again!"
