"We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!! "

"This place was perfect for me and my family. My grandson always says he wants to grow up on a farm so it couldn’t have gotten any better than this. The family working on the farm were very friendly and easy to talk to. This house exceeded my expectations with plenty of amenities for just about everything you could need. The rooms were a perfect fit for everyone in my family. It was as if they knew we were coming and knew each of us personally. I will definitely try and book this property...

The location is central, with most businesses we were interested in were a 10-20 minute drive.Quiet, with little traffic, and Colorado Mesa University across the street. Park was close, as well as restaurants and bakeries.House interior isn’t updated, but beds were comfortable and large backyard was enjoyable for the grandkids."

"Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. "
