This place is fantastic and I didn't want to leave! It was a little tight quarters in the kitchen for our family of four but it was just fine for a few days. The only issue we ran into was maneuvering the lights in the second bedroom. The location absolutely cannot be beat.

Great Location-perfect for our small family!

I stayed with my husband and our daughter (21 months old). It was the perfect size for our little family and the location was wonderful. Right on the beach and also walking distance from restaurants and breweries! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view and sounds!

We loved this property. It was a bit chilly when we visited and the wall heaters worked perfect to keep it comfortable along with warm bedding. Summer Getaway

We had never stayed in Carpinteria before. Location was excellent, right on beach and near restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal. Quiet, calm and relaxing place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

As a UCSB alum I was very excited to see my own daughter graduate there decades later. We booked this location and it exceeded our expectations! The furnishings are classy and the feel of the place is cozy. We definitely would love to return one day!

Beach Get Away

It was the perfect beach retreat for our old gals college reunion. Perfect view, steps from the beach, comfy beds and linens and everything you could need. Space was well designed for the size. Wonderfully located with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Charming little town! Hope to return some day. Highly reccommend.

Océan waves lull you to sleep

Wonderful property with the ocean at your backyard! Enjoyed our stay in this well maintained condo. The building has great facilities and in a great walkable neighborhood. Easy access to beach. Appreciate the much needed tar wipes. A must have if you plan to walk barefoot on the beach. Naturally occurring tar comes off easily with the wipes. Unit has a number of beach chairs and umbrellas.
