Good Time at Beach

Property was acceptable. No real issue with condo. When we booked we didn’t quite comprehend the parking situation. The tandem parking was not ideal but we made it work. Condo was on 3rd floor which we knew at booking time. We didn’t realize that building did not have an elevator. So, move-in time and move-out time required many trips up and down really four flights of stairs. All doable but again just didn’t realize at booking time.

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and big inside. The balcony was gorgeous with a perfect ocean front view. We loved the chairs and table outside. Beds were comfortable enough and it was plenty big enough for a family of 4 or 5. The only huge negative was parking. Such tiny spaces and you have to leave your phone number on your dash to be called if you've blocked someone in that needs out. That got really annoying as so many people don't pull all the way up and the drive through section is super tight for even a small suv.

Good condo with tight parking

The condo was well appointed and exactly as advertised, EXCEPT there was only parking for one vehicle per unit, and this was tight. You parked in lanes under the units, with three cars per lane. If you were in the middle, you had to call the cars on the ends to get out. Fortunately, this was not a problem as the units were not full, but if you came during peak season it could be problematic. Otherwise, it was a lovely unit, and reasonably clean.

Fantastic property!

Great property with everything we needed and a great location. Only complaint is the cleaning crew kept hovering over us for about 2 hours before the checkout time.

Winds VI

Everything was wonderful! The place was well stocked, very clean, all the space we needed with two adult sons. The view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular, and I loved the location where we could walk pretty much everywhere. Only negative was the tandem parking. Everyone worked together with it, but it was something we had to always be aware of and plan around.

Lovely condo and location

The condo was in a perfect location for fun and food. The ocean view from the deck was amazing! Fully stocked kitchen and very cutely decorated condo. We loved our stay. Lots of special touches and cozy atmosphere.

Amazing

The condo was exceptionally clean. It was very comfy for the 5 of us. I didn’t realize it had it had an outdoor closet, where chairs and the umbrella are. I also didn’t look in the chest where they had sand toys. Next time, it can be less packing! It was very nice and accommodating. I always bring games and they had some already for us. My kids say it was a 10 out of 10. I just say it’s wonderful any very convenient.

Perfect getaway

We loved the property! It's right on the beach with great views. I think we spent half of our time there on the large balcony. We loved that you could access the balcony directly from the bedroom. The condo was well equipped but our visit was short. We could not figure out how to use the coffee maker... maybe leave directions for the single cup side. We used it as an excuse to take a walk to the coffee shop close-by. Also, recommend that if you park in the first spot, put your phone number on the pass so that its easy to coordinate with other guests. First time at Carolina Beach and loved it. Great beach! This is a great unit

A wonderful family vacation!

We have stayed at this property before and had another wonderful experience vacationing in Carolina Beach. This unit is ideal for perfect ocean views and a quiet beach area. Everything was as it was described in the listing, and the linens being provided is always a plus. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and smelled so good when we walked in.

Amazing get away

This rental had everything you could ever need. The view is amazing! So close to the boardwalk and much more. Had an incredible time here. (Warning to future renters if you have paddleboards you will not be able to get them up the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor and there is no storage on the ground level. We had to purchase a strap to keep them secure to the top of our car)Parking was a little frustrating, but mostly not an issue due to not being very crowded. Overall loved every moment of the visit and would stay again anytime.

Clean and cute

Our little condo was cute and clean..main complaint is the access to the beach is so narrow because it’s overgrown with brush so only one person fits through causing traffic jam…if one person is coming through you have to go back and stop until they walk through and it’s awkward and annoying.

Salty, Sandy and Serene

Very clean and peaceful with quick access and a beautiful view. So much provided for us we seriously overpacked! Love the books, puzzles, games and movies included. Even the pots and pans were great for cooking with! Highly recommend staying here! <3 the salt life ; )

Fabulous vacation

Great place to stay in Carolina beach . Three sets of stairs were a lot but the View was beautiful . The deck was where we spent most of our time . Pool was an extra bonus . The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been if they left some toilet paper and dish soap . I understand not stocking everything but this had nothing at all . Other rentals at least left the basics . Overall a very nice trip and I would rent this again

Beautiful Carolina Beach Condo

Perfect location. Beautiful views of the ocean. Updated unit. Extremely clean. Management company was very communicative and helpful. Only negative for us was the tandem parking as we had a difficult time making contact with the other car owner.

Carolina Beach Getaway

What a View!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was perfect for our needs and Sea Coast Rental was very helpful when we contacted them. The four flights of stairs to the unit might deter some, but the view from that top floor was great. The location near restaurants and steps from the beach was ideal. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful Unit

The unit 3C was beautiful and the sea coast rentals was very easy to work with. The building itself needed some updates especially, the pool furniture. Also, the parking was nothing that I had experienced before and people need to understand the term “tandem” parking because I did not.
