Nice comfy spot. The worst part about staying here was the peole above us. The bed could have been better, but thats most airbnbs and vrbos so i cant take points for it.

Girls Trip

Amazing condo! 2 full size bathrooms, comfy beds and fabulous deck. Across street from beach and easy walk to restaurants. Kathleen was very quick in answering any questions. Would highly recommend.

Great location

Carolina Beach Ave

Great condo! Excellent communication and response time with owner and property manager. Convenient location, all the amenities you need and cozy front balcony for coffee or cocktail time. It was the cleanest pet-friendly place we have ever rented.

Great experience!

Absolutely loved this spot. Mini mart with delicious iced coffees and the beach are steps away. Kathleen is a great host, very friendly and communicative. Loved it!

Great Property in Carolina Beach

Great communication from start to finish! Had an issue with the keyless entry system. Reached out to the property manager who fixed the issue within hours. Great location! Enjoyed seeing/hearing the ocean from the front balcony and watching the sun set on the back balcony. Our family, including our dog, really enjoyed ourselves in Carolina Beach!

Essentials for a good beach trip

We went in the off season and found it to have all the essentials we needed. While this is not a luxury stay by any means, it was updated, had a great location, and the beds were comfortable. The coffee shop next door was a nice perk!

Quick Weekend

We stayed for three short nights, and this place was great. Location was perfect - close to beach access, easy onsite parking and we LOVED having the mini-mart cafe so close by. Condo was clean and comfy, and our family of four with our dog would love to return again.

Incredible Host!!

This property was perfect for a weekend away with my girlfriends! We had just a few minor discrepancies of supplies vs. listing and cleaning prior to our stay but nothing major and Kathleen went above and beyond to make up for it!! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Great condo at the beach!

Very nice condo, clean and comfortable.Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and just 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Everything was good! Loved the deck view of the beach and the street One improvement that will be awesome if the deck be made rain proof....we can sit and enjoy a drink and snack with beach view even if it rains

Beach vacation

Location for condo was great with beach right across the street and a super convenient mini mart for things you need. Overall the condo itself had a great layout for us. No internet/tv which was a big inconvenience for down time for 3 littles or to get settled for bed. Few minor issues with cleaning but host responsive and did offer to send cleaning crew back. Host is very responsive which was nice!

Wonderful

Property is updated and clean. We loved the cafe three doors down. Very close beach access. Great porch with an ocean view and comfortable furniture was a favorite of mine. I would definitely like to rent it again.

Amazing Location!

My family and I were headed in town for the weekend and wanted to be close to the water to maximize our time. We could not have picked a better location. There is a fantastic view of the water off the patio. There is a coffee shop and small market where you can also grab breakfast just two doors down. Getting on and off the island was a breeze. The boardwalk is either a 20-minute walk or a 2 minute drive. There is paid parking lots at various points to choose from. Kathleen was fantastic with communications! There was a tropical storm blowing through the weekend that we stayed and she was happy to answer all my questions. We ended up taking a chance and having a blast. The condo was super clean, updated & offered all your standard amenities. It is up 3 flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us, but definitely to be considered. Beach access is only 90 seconds away. We'd be happy to stay again. Great experience!

Great Beach Location

The condo was comfortable with beautiful views of the beach & canal. It was just a quick walk around the building across from us to the beach- easy! About 8 blocks to the board walk. The condo was close to Publix and parking was easy. It was comfortably furnished and lovely. Would recommend!

Excellent Vacation at Carolina Beach

We had an amazing vacation here at Carolina Beach. The property was perfect!! It was just a short walk to the beach. The ocean view was beautiful!! We walked to the boardwalk and to some restaurants. We enjoyed the short drive to the nearby aquarium. I would highly recommend this property and this location!!

Great View

Perfect for our family including our dog. Clean and nicely decorated. Not too far from beach entrance. Love the view of the ocean from the porch. Can view fireworks from there too.

Much-needed respite

The property was exactly what we were looking for. All the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen. Only item of note would be that there are two flights of stairs that could be a challenge for those with weak knees.

Beach days

We lived in Wilmington for 6 years and would enjoy days on the beach but nothing compared to this past month living across the street from the ocean. Beautiful, peaceful walks or just sitting and reading enjoying the roar of the waves. This was all it was said to be and more.
