Very nice overall. Our stay was enjoyable. View was fantastic!Very satisfied but there are a few minor items to note. (1) check-in was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes after 4:00 pm. The cleaning crew was still on site and did not finish until after 4:30. We had travelled that day for 8 hours and had 4 children in tow. (2) We also had difficulty with the door locks and keys. Once we figured them out we were fine. (3) Some wall switches were labeled (e.g., the main room fan) but labeling a few more switches would be nice (e.g., garbage disposal, fans in other rooms, etc)(4) Dryer vent probably needs cleaned kept coming up D-80 which we are familiar in our house as we have the same dryer make/model. Overall we had a great experience. The home is awesome and very clean. Thank you!

Beautiful house and location Gorgeous sunrises Plan to return next year House needs more linens…bath and especially kitchen. There are no pot holders! Would be nice to have hand soap for the bathrooms on arrival Double ovens and dishwashers were great, however, the dishwashers were terrible at getting dishes clean Other than that , loved the place and will rent again

Great house and location

The house is great for a large group. We had a wonderful time. The beach is gorgeous and the house is well-appointed. I appreciated the garage access! Check-in and check-out were smooth and we were communicated with every step of the way. Our questions were rapidly answered.

The home was right on the beach with a beautiful view. The home is laid out very well for big families, plenty of run for everyone. Garage that will hold several cars plus you can park 2 or 3 in the driveway. All of us were happy with the home. My only real complaint would be they need better pillows for the bed and also maybe put more wash cloths in the bags for guest. Its a rental company and they use a service for the linens.

Sunflower House

The house was nice and location on the beach was great. The deck was well used. The pool area should have been weeded and the broken or worn water toys discarded and replaced. To add, there was only one beach chair and no beach towels. This should be a must for a beach house rental.

Weekend family getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our much needed family weekend getaway! Loved the elevator feature for my parents who have difficulty climbing stairs. Everything was relaxing and fun. Loved the house!

Great place for large gathering

We had a great weekend getaway! This house is as perfect as the listing! The huge kitchen and living room was awesome and all the bedrooms were large also. It is so close to the ocean and the weather was perfect for a winter getaway. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t use the pool but could see it is cared for and would be fun in the summer. The garages are large and easily accommodated our large group. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home and amazing location

The home was beautiful and perfectly described. No surprises! The large kitchen was perfect for our large family and very well equipped. We had a small issue with the pool but the maintenance person was contacted and the issue resolved right away. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it.

Awesome trip

Was a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. When I checked in the guy at the register said he had not been to the property in a while, so immediately I was nervous about what I was going to be walking into. Only thing when we got there the pool was dirty and the heater wasn’t on. The property manager did send someone out and they extended our check out. The pool was still really cold so we never used it. Beautiful view! Ready to go back.

Pool temperature was not prepped for guests, weeds were over growing pool area. House was a good layout. Pool chairs needed to be upgraded. Restaurants were low quality, really hard to find a coffe shop worth going to. Beach was clean and nice, and area was friendly.

A great property that just needs a little more attention to detail

Overall, this is a great property. There were 14 adults and plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - walkable to both the boardwalk and the pier. We loved the views and the direct beach access. The kitchen also had two ovens and two dishwashers making food prep and clean up much easier than expected. There were some things that could be improved but doesn’t diminish our overall experience: when we arrived for checkin at 4:15, the cleaning people were still there. Apparently they were short staffed and didn’t get to the house on time and didn’t finish up until 6:15. We could get access to the main floor but couldn’t get access to the upper bedrooms until they left. The pool area could use some attention as there were lots of weeds and the dingy cinder blocks are just not relaxing to look at. The shade in one of the upstairs bedrooms leading to the deck was broken, making access to the sliding door difficult. The elevator stopped working at one point. The management company was very responsive; however, we were lucky enough to figure out that one of the door latches was loose and it kept the door from opening and closing properly. Once it was tightened, the elevator worked without issue. A couple of the dinning room chandelier bulbs were burned out and there weren’t any replacement bulbs. These small issues didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment, but it’s these small details are what keep us from giving it 5 stars.

House itself is beautiful , comfortable and all around 5 Star, Highly recommend it however you will have to put up with Carolina Realty the managing Co, The directions for operating the TV.s were so misleading, sketchy and incomplete we never got tv We had to make our own beds and while we expected and did bring household and food provisions. this was the first house rental where even dishwasher detergent wasn't supplied, and the list goes on N Barkley and 5 friends
