Check in was very easy. Host is excellent to work with. Kitchen is well stocked, only thing if you plan to make crabs or a seafood boil make sure to bring your own pot. There is not one there big enough.House was very clean. We had no issues at all. Looks small on the outside but very spacious inside. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to restaurants and board walk

Enjoyed a week at this property with my husband and three 20-something children. Plenty of room for us. Note that two beds are bunk beds - great for kids and my 21-year-old daughter didn't mind, but a larger adult may not fit. The house was super clean, and we really appreciated being within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

Great place for family!

Great location! Walked to beach, boardwalk (shopping) and restaraunts. The ping pong table was a hit with our grandkids. All around awesome place to stay. The only suggestion I would make is that the master closets need rods and hangers.

Great getaway!

What a lovely home! The home is clean and well appointed. Kumar, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. The home is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

beautiful beach home, great location

Beautiful spot a short walk from the beach (3 blocks). Place is decorated in a way you won't forget you're there for the beach. Fun spot, cute area, plenty of nearby quality options for food, drink, and anything else you need. Most comfortable beds we've ever had at a rental! One night a bar 2 or 3 blocks away had on music loud enough we could definitely hear the bass throughout the house, but it wasn't loud enough to keep anyone awake. Was more strange that the place could play music so loud it could be heard 3 blocks away, albeit a Friday night. Very walkable to beach and also option to pay for parking if you prefer that $20/day or 5/hr. Very responsive and friendly owner's with a house that has everything you need for a lovely beach vacation. Thanks!!!

Great location

This is a great little property, great location, can walk to the beach, the boardwalk, lots of local restaurants, even a local grocery. And, it’s a short drive to larger grocery stores. The house is cute, the layout is a little weird, but not a deterrent. Bathrooms are small, but functional. The living area and dining room are perfect for hanging out, playing games, eating meals, etc...I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, very nice couple. Kumar, was very accessible and responded promptly. The property is an older home, the owners are in the process of making some upgrades which I think will make this property a gem! I would rent this home again.

Perfect location.. adorable house - great restaurants within walking distance - safe neighborhood

Our family enjoyed our stay at this little gem of a home - the Owner was very responsive once the issues were brought to their attention, and repairs were made promptly - comfortable beds, great restaurants such as positive vibes and who knew a gas station could have such great burgers, all within walking distance .. Would suggest getting a couple extra garbage cans, and an outside shower would be amazing- overall for the money and location- we were very pleased.. highly commend and look forward to visiting again in the future ..

Not what we expected

Unfortunately this property has seen better days. The yard was covered with litter when we arrived. The floors were dirty. There were flies in the house and cockroaches in the kitchen. The kitchen counter was wobbly and one of the chairs around the table was broken. There was an undisclosed camera system whose hub had black tape over the green “on” light so you didn’t know you were being recorded. The lights over the ping pong table didn’t work. The grill didn’t work. The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor properly and moved around a bit. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. Workmen came to the property several times unexpectedly. Once to cut down a tree in the morning. Once when the teenage girls came back from the beach alone there were workmen relaxing on the front porch. Not a safe situation! It seems that the ownership of the property changed between the time of reservation and arrival. The new owner came to the house once during visit to help with wifi and he was kind.

Charming Cottage with modern conveniences

My family and I enjoyed our time here. I really appreciated some of the little details like a night light in the kids room to Heating lamp in one of the bathrooms. It was decorated with care using comfortable furniture and beds. It had lots of surprizing storage with updated outlets and USB ports. We all enjoyed tournament of ping pong. Thanks for sharing this little gem with us!

Weekend getaway

Cute little house! Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, the ping pong table, and my son took a bike ride each day on one of the provided bikes. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay as well!

Much needed beach time!

This was a great property it was so close to everything! The layout was a little different than I thought but it worked out. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions really quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the beach!
