Great condo and location! We are a family of four - two adults, 16yo and 10yo and it was perfect for us. The complex was quiet, parking was easier than we expected, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient.

Great location and beautiful views

The property was exactly like the pictures! Very clean as was the whole complex. The views from the balcony were so pretty. We had a 7 and 4 year old who loved watching people at the pool from the balcony. It’s close to a lot of different places and the boardwalk but also very quiet and not very crowded. Highly recommend Carolina Beach and will be back soon!

Nice Getaway

Nice location and view. Everything you jeed is there. Would definately stay again. Only negative is that thermostat is locked and can not be turned down below 70. Coming in from the beach and being hot blooded, 70 was not cool enough. Overall great place.

Dangerous Fire Hazard

The first night of our stay we noticed there was something weird going on with the lights. No switch seemed to turn the lights over the table on. The bedroom lamp did not work. I called Bryant Real Estate about the problem, no one answered so I left a message. My call was never returned. Then around 10:30, when my husband unplugged his phone charger from an outlet in the living room, the lights in the master bedroom went out. That's when we realized the problem was serious: a short in the electrical wiring. I immediately called Bryant Real Estate and left a message. Again, my call was never returned. I tried contacting VRBO but also received no help. That's when we contacted the fire department. The fire department did some testing on the outlet for us, agreed it was most likely a short in the wiring and not safe to leave the breaker switch on until it was fixed. So we had to turn off the break switch that controlled both the living room and master bedroom. That meant no lights or television. The next afternoon an electrician was finally sent out by Bryant Real Estate around 2pm, even though I called again first thing in the morning. I was told the problem was fixed. However, it was not. Electric problems continued throughout out stay. This property is a fire waiting to happen. It is extremely dangerous. I even went down to Bryant Real Estate to show videos I had taken. Bottom line, if you value your life, do not book this property!

Beach Week!

Our state was just fabulous. The place was perfect for our family. It was so easy to get to the beach. The pool was always clean and we could walk to our favorite restaurants! We will be coming back!

Short stay

Nice place, nice to have option of 2 different pools. Great location walking distance to everything. The residence in unit above stomp around from 2-4am. Hard to stay asleep or go back to sleep. Over all nice stay.

Sand Pebbles Review - C17

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Pebbles. The only suggestion for this unit would be some dark out drapes at the sliding door. The lights across the unit on the other side of the pool during the light were bright for anyone sleeping on the couch in this unit. It would be nice to be able to leave the parking passes vs. having to turn them in, especially when you have to check out at 10:00 a.m.

Awesome getaway!

The property was very clean, everything was there for us to just come over and enjoy our vacation - the linen, towels, pots and pans, silverware, everything was there for us to simply move in and enjoy our stay! The location was just perfect! Just a few steps from the beach! Very nice view of the ocean from the balcony, even though it was not an ocean front - facing unit… definitely highly recommend and will be coming back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The Sandy Sunrise property was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our ocean view balcony which we took meals, wine and coffee on daily. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants was perfect! The home is nicely furnished, clean and had comfy beds and pillows. We would definitely book again!

Property was spotless and great view!

Upon arrival, condo was very clean and had very nice furniture! I appreciated the comfortable beds and nice sofa. Pros: Close to beach, clean, good furniture Cons: unbelievably loud people upstairs, no TV instructions, only 1 TV, pool area could use some upgrading, smelled drugs one night

Condo is great! Property Management is eh.

Our family of 4 (husband, wife, 9 yr old, 3 yr old) had a wonderful stay IN the condo. It is very clean, beautifully decorated & fully stocked with all things you could need in the kitchen. The beds were VERY comfortable and even the pillows are worth mentioning! I am picky about pillows and these were really comfortable. The balcony is wonderful with views of the ocean and pool. The parking is great! There are 2 bathrooms making it comfortable for everyone. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the bedrooms didn’t have TVs but it was for sure not a deal breaker. The condo was wonderful!! On our visit, the main pool, in the photos of this condo, was closed due to vandalism. I understand things happen but no one informed us of this. Also, the second pool on the property was dirty, the water had a white film on the top and a lot of bugs. So basically, we couldn’t use either pool. And the management company seemed to not care or be bothered with my calls regarding this situation. We specifically chose this condo because my family can see the pool from the condo as well as the ocean, with 2 kids - the pool was a must have for our vacation. With neither property pools available….. one in a condition that I would never feel comfortable putting myself or my kids in and the other was not able to be used because the vandalism issue…. It was sort of a bust for our vacation. The kids didn’t get to swim and the management company made it seem like they didn’t care. So in the end, I would visit the condo again in a heart beat but I would need in writing from the management company that pools were clean and available. Or maybe use this condo only when we come in the fall/winter.

Great vacation spot

This was in Carolina Beach not Wilmington Beach. Great condo with all you need for a small family vacation. Location was perfect for us. About a mile from boardwalk so wasn’t over crowded but still close enough to the action. Also a few restaurant, bar & ice cream options within .2 miles.

Beach time

Great property, close to good restaurants. Parking could be an issue on property and the town only offers paid parking and no overnight. We had noisy neighbors above us that we think were permanent residents, that were annoying in the evenings, but we made the best of it, since we were out and about most of the time enjoying the beach.
