We loved everything about the house, the size of the house, location, cleanliness, ease of access, etc. The property management however, was a little unnecessarily pushy. Some examples include: We are provided with the sheets when we arrive and need to make all of the beds, which was fine, but then on the last morning we were texted to “tidy up”. Our friends arrived very late at night, didn’t realize there were specific parking spaces for us, the next morning we were texted to move our vehicle or it would be towed. We moved the vehicle immediately and apologized for the oversight. We used the grill, planning to clean up after ourselves as normal people do, and we were texted to clean up the grill or we would be fined. The internet was pretty crappy, which is easily solved with mesh systems in 2025. The poolDoors are locked every night, so we would need to text asking for it to be opened if we wanted in at 8am. We did have one issue with one of the bunk beds and the maintenance guys came over first thing in the morning, were very kind, and corrected the issue quickly.There just seemed to be a handful of things that were unnecessary and created a constant feeling of doing something “wrong” the whole trip. Outside of that, honestly the house was perfect.
