Excellent location and exceptional view of the ocean. Overall I would recommend staying and would return. There are a few areas of change which can make the place a little more receptive and less frustrating for visitors perhaps or maybe it’s not an issue to them:1. The King bed needs adjustments to the frame. 2. The pillows need to be replaced. 3. Ensure that the pots/pans are clean. 4. The coffee maker/K-Cup maker needs replacing since the clean light doesn’t go off after cleaning it multiple times. 5. The washing machine has a smell that isn’t pleasant. 6. The sofa/bed is not the most comfortable place to sit. 7. The dishwasher might need a checkup to make sure that it is working properly.

The condo was just great!! Weather was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the nicely remodeled kitchen. We were very surprised at how soundproof the condo was and couldn’t hear each other in the separate bedrooms. We will definitely be back next year and hope to continue this as an annual tradition at Carolina Beach.

Very Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The location to beach was very convenient. Overall, quiet property and no complaints. The condo was furnished with everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend.

Chillin at Carolina Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Sunrise…beach front location, for ease getting to the beach, pool, close to downtown Carolina beach and elevator was truly appreciated by my knees (lol) Beautiful sunrise and full strawberry moon!!!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Sunrise! Location was perfect. Decor of the home was warm and inviting. Owners added many special touches to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. A wonderful “Parents-moon”.

The condo was beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. We needed a vacation after our daughter’s wedding and this was so relaxing! We could walk to eat, the beach view was perfect and the elevator saved our backs! We will be back!

Great location, communication and clean

We had a wonderful week at Carolina Sunrise. It was clean and exactly as described. Having the storage shed to use and with some beach gear and toys were a perk! The location is amazing for beach access, close to restaurants and the balcony is amazing for views, sunsets and sunrises. The pool is a added perk, especially with a little kid. Communication was amazing- helping me find a rental company for a crib and overall communication. We will be back!,

Amazing property

My two teen girls and I stayed for a few days and couldn’t have been more pleased! Amazing beach, awesome location near restaurants, and a very comfortable and cute condo. I’d highly recommend! Well stocked with everything we needed, nice appliances, beautiful balcony…I could go on and on. Don’t second guess staying here! Just book it!

Location,location,location!

Excellent location so close to the beach with easy access. The balcony had a front row seat to the ocean it was a big balcony, always had some shade. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. Seafood on the island was good every where we ate. The Tiki Hut right down the beach had wonderful fish tacos and it’s right on the beach you can walk.

Very nice condo with great view

The oceanfront view if really the stand out of this location, but there were many other great features like abundant parking and nice furnishings. Only critiques would be the seating could have been a bit more comfortable and I think the AC vents need a good cleaning as I had some allergy issues.

Lovely condo and complex. Well stocked, except for our need for more wine glasses. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers (pet peeve). Oceanfront view was great! We certainly recommend Carolina Sunrise.

Adorable Beach Condo

Adorable condo; comfortable, clean and decorated nicely. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach and area. Amazing sunrise each morning! Convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay. However, I was surprised to learn upon our arrival that the beds did not have sheets on them as it was my responsibility as the guest to make the beds and strip them upon our departure. I also found it unusual to not have been supplied with dispensers in the showers for body wash (as I bring my own shampoo/conditioner). I do appreciate the generous supply of laundry detergent to do a load of laundry. The kitchen had a useable coffee maker with only Keurig cups available and I suspect creamer was once kept in a little empty bowl next to it but wasn’t available during our stay. Thank you for a nice stay in Carolina Beach.

A quiet off-season Vacation Retreat

This property is great. Our second Thanksgiving here at Carolina Sunrise and we have been very happy with the location and the condo both times. Beautifully clean and decorated. The Kerieg was a lifesaver. Thinking of coming back in June. And July, maybe September and definitely November This is a wonderful place. Enjoyed it very much and will be back.
