The place is very tastefully decorated….they even had a small Xmas tree up for the holidays! The beds are comfortable as well as the couches/pillows/blankets in the living room. The view is the best part of the entire experience…seeing and hearing the ocean as well as watching the sunrise is amazing.

Loved that the property was right on beach yet close to restaurants.The boardwalk was well maintained! The property had such a cute boho chic theme that was perfect! The owners also decorated for CHRISTMAS! Host was very prompt with communication.

What a fabulous stay! Everything you need is a quick walk (or drive if you prefer). Very pet friendly and comfortable. Publix is 5 minutes away by car. Lots of thoughtful touches, and you couldn't ask for a sweeter host. Felt more like staying at a friend's place in the nicest way. No need to rent beach chairs, or umbrellas. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Everything was perfect. The weather was sunny, cloudy and windy mind you we went in September. It was easy to get to the beach with their private wooden pathway. Parking at the condo is small but not cramped. The interior matched the pictures online. It’s beautifully decorated. The couch is very comfortable and has plenty of space for 4 adult laying at the same time. The beds were comfortable and we had access to plenty of linens. Thank you. We loved it here. Also the patio was spacious! We enjoyed breath taking sunsets

Amazing location! So close to the beach, restaurants - everything you need! Property was easy to access and interior decor is lovely. The host was super nice and responded quickly to all our messages, even before booking! Terrific place to stay at Carolina Beach! We will definitely return for our next trip!

The host requests at least a 4.8 rating but I prefer honest reviews so that guests can make an informed decision. The location of this condo was great. Perfect location to attractions and great restaurants. The unit itself was not cleaned well and had very worn appearance. The couch has not 1 but 2 slip covers because it’s in such terrible condition. The washer is growing mold. And although I paid a steep cleaning fee, for the quality, this host asks for you to do the laundry before leaving (sheets/towels). The kitchen appliances did not work (broken Keurig and toaster) and when I reported this the host did bring different ones by the rental and was generally apologetic. There was leaking bottles under the bathroom sinks and just general clutter in cabinets & drawers of bath and kitchen. We didn’t even cook here because dishes were not clean and out in the cabinets as if they were (coffee still in mugs). Bathroom had crusted toothpaste on sink and mirror at check in. The HGTV days are long gone. This place needs renovations/refurbish and a deep clean.

I’ll start with the positive, location was great, everything else not so much. Stayed for 3 nights and that was enough. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and filthy. Tried to sit out on the balcony and that furniture was also uncomfortable. The shower curtain liner had mildew as did the washing machine. It kind of put a damper on our beach getaway.

4th of July Family Vacation

This is ideally located and super cute! You have your own access walkway to the beach and it’s a short walk to the boardwalk (less than 1 mile)! Our family had the best time! It’s also very close to the marina where we chartered an offshore fishing trip. Parking is extremely tight and the driveway is also very very narrow, we had a hard time with having a bigger truck and big SUV. It’s manageable, but narrow. Overall we loved the condo, it met our needs and staying right on the beach is amazing! The host was awesome, we had a minor issue with the entry code but she got that fixed asap so we could get settled. We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend!

Wonderful condo right on the beach

We only spent one night because we wanted to let our terminally ill dog experience the beach. This condo was absolutely perfect in every way.It's right on the beach - you walk out to the private walkway and you're there. No need to drive or look for parking. You can see the water right from the condo. There's also a mini-mart down the street that sells necessities but also has a kitchen with really good food.There are 2 parking spots available, both under the condos so it's shaded. It's the first floor but you still have to go up a small flight of stairs to get to the condo. There is a gigantic porch with a table and chairs off the living room that overlooks the water. There is also a smaller front porch off the main bedroom that overlooks the street. It's very spacious - it's an open design and never felt cramped at all. It was clean and well-maintained. We didn't cook but they had all the necessary items. There's a washer/dryer for longer stays. We wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely be looking for this place for our next beach trip.

Great location on the North End if you have pets. Corner store a block away makes a mean coffee and bacon, egg and cheese. Sunrise on the deck is a must. All this combined with an incredible host. We look forward to returning.
