Our 3-night stay was marred by a complete lack of accountability from Carolina Beach Realty. We arrived Friday to a unit that was visibly dirty and in need of a deep clean. More importantly, two major advertised amenities—the hot tub and the grill—were completely inoperable.Despite reaching out immediately via the management portal, email, text, and voicemail, we never spoke to a single person. They finally sent a technician on our last day who left a handwritten note stating he "wasn't a hot tub person" and couldn't fix it.It is clear that once payment is collected, the management's interest in the guest experience ends. This property has potential, but until the owners address the maintenance and the management company’s lack of communication, I would strongly advise staying elsewhere.
