From the constant pelican watching to the well-stocked kitchen, this condo met all of our needs as we were making a quick Christmas visit to our adult son. Julia was over the top kind when I had to leave the day early because our pet back home had suddenly passed away. I appreciate her showing empathy to us as our family was hurting.Having direct beach access made the experience even more special—no driving, no crowds, just steps from sand and surf. The property also included great amenities that made our stay feel effortless.This condo truly delivered an stress-free, memorable vacation where we could focus on spending quality time together. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing beachfront escape that feels like a home away from home.

Amazing property, wonderful host and overall best experience I have had with a VRBO. Home was perfect, clean & quiet. Host was very helpful & responsive; true Southern hospitality.View was stunning & location was ideal for a relaxing trip. Dolphins showed up just off shore daily as a bonus.We will stay again and loved our Carolina Beach vacation

The view from the deck was absolutely amazing! Spacious living area. Extremely close to the boardwalk and pier. If you wanted to leave your car parked you could definitely navigate by foot. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The only negative we would give is the pans…but I’m sure if they stocked non stick pans they would get ruined! This place is amazing and we will come back! The host is so sweet and easy to contact. Thanks for a great mini vacation!

This place is absolutely amazing! The host Julia was very communicative and accommodating to my wife and I for our entire stay. She is a great host which in my opinion is super important to know when renting. She checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect and showed a genuine caring nature about our stay and the apartment. Her caring showed in the condition of the unit itself as well. The unit was perfect, from the awesome views to the immaculate condition inside. This place is great! The parking is a little tight but 100% manageable. There are no "assigned" spots but even with one of the parking bays blocked off(2 less spaces) everyone in the building had a place to park, just a different place on the property each night. Before coming we looked at Wrightsville, Carolina main boardwalk area, here and Kure beach as possible travel locations. We are super happy we picked this location. It can't be beat. Direct access to the ocean, a nice tiki bar on the pier 2 minutes away(walking), under a mile walk to the main boardwalk, which we did several times on the beach and road. Beach was preferred as part of the trip has no sidewalk. We walk a lot so did take the beach to Kure as well, which was about 3.5 miles round trip. We also drove over to Wrightsville Beach just to look around. We feel fortunate to have chosen this location since we think it was the best of the four locations we had in mind.Oh, and did I mention Julia is great? :-D Highly recommended

Seas the Moment Memories

Our host was the most attentive person we have ever rented from! Seas the Moment was perfect for my small family. Everything was as represented in the ad. Everything was really clean. She checked on us multiple times and gave us good ideas of places to go for food and entertainment. I’m saving the absolute best for last. The view from our patio was absolutely amazing. I would say definitely book this spot for your next vacation in Carolina Beach.

So great to simply walk out to the beach each day, and watch the sunrise from the porch. A great location and made for a great get away. Appreciated the communication and suggestions for things to do in the area.

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bowl of candy and a nice note from the property owner. The place was immaculate. We had easy access to the beach and the pier where we had a drink and delicious burgers.We highly recommend this venue.

Fall break 2024

The labels all over the condo telling us how to take care of everything were somewhat offensive to me. The condo wasn’t very clean at all. Also, offended at not being able to wear shoes inside. I always wear some type of flip flop or house shoe inside my home. We probably won’t stay at this property again but mainly because of all the stairs. Julia the property manager was very kind. And I appreciate her..

Perfect beach weekend

We had a great beach weekend! The house worked out perfectly and was very clean. The host was very friendly and easy to contact via text. The storage unit was well stocked with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and tons of toys for the kids. If you have little ones, just be aware that there’s a large opening between the bench and railing on the deck. Being on the 3rd floor, this made us a little nervous. Going up and down the stairs to get to and from the beach was a bit of a hassle but worth it for the view from the 3rd floor. We were able to enjoy live music and fireworks without leaving our deck!
