  • ¡¡¡Recientemente renovado!!! No vas a creer que esto es una casa de vacaciones en la playa! Todo lo que una casa puede ofrecer y mucho más !!! Magnífico y raro al mar / lago ver condominios de lujo. Amplio y cómodo hogar lejos del hogar. acceso a la playa está a pocos pasos. Sentarse en la terraza y ver seres queridos juegan en la arena. Situado en el centro en una calle tranquila de una sola vía. Una vez que aparcar su coche, tirar las llaves en el mostrador; no necesitará otra vez durante su estancia. Entretenimiento, comidas y cenas informales en los restaurantes locales maravillosos, tiendas y un top 10 clasificados paseo marítimo están a sólo dos cuadras de distancia en el centro de Carolina Beach. Y, no se olvide de los británicos Donuts, clasificado con el número 2 en los Estados Unidos y fácilmente adictivo. Durante la temporada alta; disfrutar del parque de atracciones, películas en el lago, el bingo, fuegos artificiales y el mercado de los agricultores, que están a sólo un corto paseo.

The property manager was helpful and answered questions promptly. The house was beautiful. Easy beach access. Close to everything. The elevator really did help with the elderly. The only negative was the $2000 security deposit, which was much higher than I have ever encountered. We had a great vacation. We would recommend this rental. Also the rental provided plenty of towels, beach towels, 2 bikes, lots of beach chairs and some boogie boards. Bring your own umbrellas.

Beautiful property. We really enjoyed the location and the size of the condo. It was nice having ocean and lake views the kitchen was very well stocked. The elevator also came in handy at times. They are building a large house in front of it currently so the construction was an annoyance but I know that couldn’t be helped. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids plus my sister, her husband, and her 3 kids. The space was perfect for us and an amazing location. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This is one of the best houses we've stayed in. Excellent amenities. Great location, fantastic views of the ocean, a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Beyond beach activities we found may attractions in the area and in Wilmington all within a 30-minute drive or less.

Great time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay - the elevator worked really well for one of our family members who would have struggled to use the stairs otherwise.

It was a great location. The 88, 90, and 93 year old sisters loved the place. They were extremely glad to have the elevator. They are talking about when they come next year staying in the same place the first weekend in October. Renee was great to work with and answered all of our questions before we even got there.

We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for six of us! Plenty of room for sure. Beach/ocean views off of two balconies. A lake/water view out of the master bedroom. There was a nice park nearby. And there was plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, plenty of space for our large group! Renee did an excellent job of providing every little thing to make our stay fantastic. Steve her Maintence manager was excellent in responding to our request to help install arm supports on the toilet for my 88 y/o mother. The best place I have rented for many reasons ! Book it!

Very nice well stocked condo in great location.

Loved this unit. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving out of town. Upper level gave good view of ocean from across the street but made stair climbing a challenge. There was an Elevator if you needed it. Awesome location near bars and restaurants a few blocks away. We would stay there again.

These were the words from a 4, 3, and 2 year old...actually truth be known they are the words from their parents and grandparents! Wonderful house, great location! We agree with all the good reviews...God willing we will be "back to Big Blue"!

We booked this property for a trip with two people who have difficulty with stairs. The elevator was instrumental in letting us get around the property. There is parking for 4 vehicles although the garage will not fit a very large vehicle - our medium-large SUV was a tight fit.The views from the balconies were great and it is very close to both the ocean and boardwalk area of Carolina Beach. We were able to see some great sunrises from both the balconies and the beach. The two bicycles wore very nice and let us ride around town. We were able to get a "beach wheelchair" for a donation to a local group so that everybody to get to the beach and enjoy the ocean.The furnishings were very nice and included a few USB charging stations for keeping our devices charged. The TV's are WiFi connected so we could sign into our streaming accounts (don't forget to log out before you leave!). There are books, movies & games to play if you decide to stay in and a full kitchen ready to serve your culinary needs.All in all this is a very nice place to stay in and we will look to stay here again if our wanderings brings us back to the North Carolina coast.Enjoy!

Cant be beat in Carolina Beach!

Top notch place to stay in Carolina Beach! Well stocked with fantastic views of both the Ocean and Lake. Right in the middle of everything you could want. Walk 5 minutes to the Boardwalk, ice creme, restaurants, and most importantly right across the street from the beach access. Perfect location to be around it all. House is well stocked for cooking, provides all the needed towels and other linens, beach chairs, and all the things you really need to just enjoy the beach without having to pack more than a suitcase of clothes!

Comfortable ocean view home in a good location

Most well-stocked vacation rental we've stayed in -- kitchen ware, multiple towels per person, beach chairs and bicycles. The location was great in early May. The furnishings were very comfortable and the wall colors and art work were quite pleasing to the eye. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Pre-arrival information and check in was easy to follow and our contact with the owner and property manager were very prompt. It was a great vacation there. Thanks!

Beautiful home

Great location and a great home. Had everything we needed and more. So much room to spread out. Everything was of high quality and not what you would expect from a rental. Owner is super sweet. Checked in several times during hurricane Ian. Would definitely stay again. Three year old granddaughter said the best thing about vacation was “our house”.

The property was perfect in so many ways! The location was top notch. The house is walking distance to so many places...the beach (as well as view of the beach from the balcony), the Boardwalk (including many restaurants and shops), other restaurants and shops down the main street nearby. We rarely got in the car all week which was a nice treat. The house itself is well maintained, comfortable, roomy and well stocked for any needs. We would certainly stay again! Owners were accommodating to a last-minute change and allowed us to add on an extra day.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity by the Sea. The view of the ocean was fantastic-just like staying at an oceanfront house. Everything we needed-from beach toys for the kids to wine glasses for the adults-was provided. The house was in walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping and nice restaurants. Renee was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The elevator was not working when we first arrived and Steve, the maintenance man, came almost immediately to fix it. (He also gave us great advice on where to go to eat!). We will definitely stay again.

Great family get away!! We will go back!

This host has thought of EVERYTHING!! From a 1year old to 58 year old this property was perfect!! Views were great! Beach access great! Very short walk to the boardwalk and dining! 2 items were broken upon our arrival but we notified the PM and they noted it. Honestly this is the best place we have stayed!!
