Beautiful property! The kitchen has great quality appliances and pots/pans and utensils. Makes cooking a pleasure. Great coffee bar area too! Has all the comforts of home! The elevator makes checking in and out easy - to get the heavy bags up and down and not having to use the stairs!!!

We have been using VRBO for many years; this may have been our favorite property of all.Nicely decorated with higher end appliances and kitchenware. Very clean!There are special touches—charging stations In each bedroom, drawers with toiletries (in case you forgot something. The location is perfect with restaurants and bars close by. We will be back!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home! The architecture is modern, bright and well-appointed, even down to the small touches that made a big impact. The elevator took some getting used to but was a big help moving the suitcases to the top floor. The home’s locale offered nearby breakfast spots and lunch/dinner restaurants, and was perfectly situated on the beach with an amazing view!

Beautiful beach house! This house is perfect. Beautiful views, short pier to the beach, short drive to the boardwalk. The house has everything you need…beach toys and chairs, baby gates, laundry, all kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. Very clean! The roof top area is such a great bonus! We had the most perfect stay there!

The property was just as advertised and was beautiful. The outdoor shower and the boardwalk made beach access easy and fuss free. We had everything we needed in the house including beach towels. The elevator was so handy for bringing in all of our stuff for the week, but unfortunately on the day we left it wasn’t working. We didn’t have time for the manager to come fix the elevator before checkout, however the property manager was quick in responding to an earlier question about a circuit breaker that had flipped and it fixed our problem immediately. Overall everyone in our family said this house was perfect for our vacation!

The condo was absolutely spotless, it had pretty comfortable beds as well. Showers were nice and had good water pressure. , The views were beautiful especially from the rooftop deck! The kitchen was well equipped. The only issue i think I had was backing up my large SUV out on a very narrow driveway, and on a pretty busy street.. Other than that it was wonderful!

Immaculately clean. This rental so many amenities typically not found in VRBO's (cleaning products, paper towels, beach towels, coffee, and so much more). We arrived late so it was nice having these items available so we didn't have to go to the store first thing.

I used the title “amazing” as that is what our 21yr old daughter described it as since she got there before us. Coming from her, I knows the photos/description lived up to the listing. We had a great family gathering from age 3 up to 69!

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful management company. The house is tastefully decorated and there is not a thing that I can think of that they could do better!! The roof deck was amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it - you will be glad you did!!

Ocean Breeze exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor throughout the home, the kitchen had everything you needed, location fantastic. Property management was quick to respond to any concerns. My only negative was you couldn’t BBQ on this property. This did not deter us though from a great vacation. Would definitely recommend this place and we plan on going back.

We booked a last minute getaway at Ocean Breeze with our 3 kids over Christmas. It was perfect. The house was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. We lucked out with weather and spent every day on the beach. Kids could never be bored with the beach, board games and ping pong. Sunsets on the roof deck were magical. So happy we found this house! Hope to go back!

This property was beautiful as well as a short distance to shopping and eateries. If you happen to stay at this location a must try if you like steak and lobster tails is the lake park steakhouse. It is by reservation only. But it was wonderful. Loved the access to the beach it was also super clean. This time of year is a little to cold to get into the water but we had beautiful days to walk the beach. But not to chilly for someone who surfs quite a few of them we saw out in the water while we were there!! We also saw some dolphins while at the house. We also checked out the battleship in Wilmington that was very neat.

This house was spectacular, I loved how much detail went into furnishings and how well stocked the house was. I wish I had brought my 9 year old nephew as he would have loved the bunk room and the board games in the living room! Thank you for being so thoughtful and sharing your beautiful home.
