    Este condominio de tres dormitorios y dos baños es perfecto para una familia de ocho. Recién renovado para la temporada 2019 con pisos y techos nuevos, cortinas nuevas, ropa de cama mejorada, accesorios de iluminación y pintura. El dormitorio principal y la sala de estar están frente al océano y conducen a las grandes cubiertas frente al mar, que son perfectas para cenar al aire libre y ver las olas. Disfrute de un chapuzón en la piscina del lado de la calle, o caminar hacia el océano en el paseo privado. Hay estacionamiento para dos autos y un área de parrillas al aire libre. . No se puede fumar en las instalaciones.

The location was perfect!! It close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. It was quiet and the beach was right there. The bathrooms were small. I love that there was an exit in every room to the porch or balcony.

Perfect location! It was nice and clean. Could use a few updates and it was disappointing that the washer and dryer were out of service but would definitely stay there again. We called the host and they were happy to replace our bath towels half way through our stay. They also recommended Pleasure Island Rentals for beach chairs/umbrellas and their service was outstanding!

The living & dining area and the deck were a huge plus with great views and a lot of space. We knew it was a 3rd floor place without an elevator and were prepared for a lot of steps so no complaint there. The location was also great. The Rental Company was also very good - and very responsive if we had questions. A few areas for improvement: First, the only closet in the master BR was locked as an owners closet so there wasn't any place in that room to hang clothes. Second, the master bath fixtures need replacing. Calcium is impacting the water pressure from the shower. In fact, both bathrooms are in dire need of an upgrade/refurbish. The kitchen had plenty of storage space but didn't have a knife long enough to cut a watermelon. They were all butter and steak knives. Also, the dishwasher struggled to clean dishes - even ones loaded just before it ran. But with all that said, we had a good stay. We liked the location and complex but would not stay in this particular unit again.

It was great. Wish the property had an elevator. Other than that the property was perfect. The ocean waves at night were great for my sleep. Beds were super comfortable.

The stairs were an issue for my father. That needs to be in bold in the listing. Also there is only one parking spot and I did not notice that. That was very inconvenient since my family was bringing two cars. The view was beautiful and check in was easy.

Great quick getaway

Loved being right on the beach. Beautiful porch area! Place could use updates in bathrooms and kitchen but overall nice place to stay. Some communication issues between owner and realtor (owner didn’t know about booking and left items in the kitchen that made it appear unkempt but was quickly resolved).

Super Location, Super Clean, Super Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Corner Penthouse is in a great location; you can walk to a few restaurants and it is within driving distance to many family friendly activities. The property is very clean and the view is perfect. The beach in front of the property is large and there are no signs of beach erosion. Thanks Corner Penthouse for such a great vacation!

Bad start- Great finish

We had a poor experience with this property, but Bryant heard our concerns and switched us to another unit. I can't recommend this property, but I can highly recommend this rental agency for their customer service.

We enjoyed the location and all in all everything was fine. We did have an issue with parking as we ended up needing to take 2 vehicles for this trip. I understand completely that there is only 1 vehicle per unit allowed - even though the property was clearly not at capacity the week we stayed - however, when I called for a possible solution the rental company was "0" help and more or less told me - it was my problem to figure out. We had never stayed in this area before and had no clue what to do and they were very quick to offer NO help whatsoever. We figured it out but having at least a kind voice to help out when you first arrive at a new vacation spot - would have gone a LONG way!

We had stayed in this unit before so we thought we knew how it was. The washer had broke so there was no longer a washer. Not enough towels to cover the week since we couldnt wash them. Had to park our second vehicle 1 mile away. Bullard realty is supposed to be overflow parking. Didnt get through to them until Wednesday. I like the location but will not stay in this unit again.

well 2 of the 3 tvs didnt work washer and dryer didnt work and had a pan in oven used and not cleaned but we did clean it floor needed to be sweep but we did it over all ok but not as expected

Needs updated

The property needs updated. Housekeeping needs to make sure the dishes are actually clean before putting them away and make sure the floors are clear of dirt and sand. Being in a coastal area it would’ve been nice if the wall decor was costal instead of mismatched. Wall hangings on the floor instead of hung up. Mismatched furniture in the bedrooms made it feel like a bachelor pad rather than a vacation home.

The view was everything, but the rest was subpar.

Not having a king size bed and no closet available for the master bedroom on the ocean was a bit disappointing. The view was spectacular. The tubs were stained and there was a pan and bowl soaking from the previous stay sitting on the counter when we arrived. We did live the option of having 3 bedrooms and the top floor was lovely. We didn’t have internet the entire last day but understood the mix up with the owner and the company. I would live to stay her again but sadly the queen master was just too small for my husband and I. Also it took the dryer 3 cycles to dry one load, I had to spend a lot of time on laundry. Fantastic location. Beautiful beach.

We liked the location, ocean view is always a plus, was on the 3rd floor. No elevator but was really 4 floors to go up and down. The unit felt old and worn. Very little decoration that feel you were at the beach. Bathrooms could at least be updated with new hardware. Towel racks always falling off. Many outlets not working. No games available in the unit only 2 puzzles, extra blankets would be nice. Washer / dryer unit in unit but not connected to use. A must to have at the beach Should have mirrors in all rooms and closet space in all rooms I feel all this would help with higher ratings for this unit

Unfortunately, the furniture and fixtures showed signs of wear (broken pieces, torn curtains, etc), the television in the main room didn’t function, dishes were dirty, exposed drywall tape on walls, missing trim in bathroom, exhaust fans not functioning, and holes in the wall hidden behind furniture.In addition to that, documents provided by rental agency indicate additional parking available in non peak season. Competing rentals in the same HOA confirm additional parking available by rule. Yet this rental refused additional parking, incorrectly citing HOA rules. Costing additional daily public parking during the stay while parking lot averaged 5-6 empty spaces all week.The management company was responsive when contacted. However repairing the quality of the rental condo is obviously not an option while trying to enjoy our vacation and they were incapable of correcting the parking issue for some reason. Overall, a decent ocean front rental, but the price was not representative of the quality which would deter me from returning having stayed in much better quality in the same area in previous years for competitive pricing.

CORNER PENTHOUSE 3RD FLOOR LEFTSIDE

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the view is great, very dissatisfied with the stay,general condition the furniture very dirty the condo had a very bad smell the bathrooms where very dirty the beds needs updated mattress in all rooms the rugs are old need new ones in everyroom the kitchen chairs are old need new ones over all i will not be staying here no more the picture are not like the inside. the property management was professional they just work in the office they don't know what these property look like inside so someone really do did to check this out i have never stay in a place like this before i stay in five star places and the pictures fooled me and my family please management check this corner penthouse you will see what we saw!!!!!!!!!!!!
