4th of July

Everything was great except the cleaning service that the complex uses! I had to clean the outside table. I had to scrub it so I know it has not been cleaned in some time, the patio doors had not been cleaned in a long time. I cleaned them as well and wiped down the entire place with clorox wipes. Highly recommend hiring a new cleaning service. The location was great.

Great Location

The location is close to everything - beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The host was very responsive and check- in was very straightforward. It was a little noisy at night.

Beach Wrestling Weekend

This was an ideal place for us. We brought 5 teen boys to the Beach Wrestling event. Conveniently located within easy walking distance from the boardwalk. I really appreciated that linens were included as well as supplies such as paper towels and a few toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Great location, cute condo across the street from beach. Walk to everything. Coffee maker is a Keurig so make sure you take pods. I just brought coffee so had to make a run to get pods, but no big deal. Would stay again.

Beautifully updated condo!

My husband and in-laws and I enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice and a convenient location to the beach and boardwalk. While it was plenty of space for 4 adults the bunk bed wasn’t ideal for us but would be fine for children. Thanks to Brandon who was very responsive!

Nice place to stay

Condo is in need of some upkeep - when we arrived, we sent the owner a list of things that were in need of repair so we would not be held responsible. The doorknob was hard to open from either side of the door, the frame of the trundle was broken, the living room sofa and chair are in need of a good cleaning and the hall bathroom sink was plugged. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the condo itself was clean. The owner was pretty good about responding to my questions.

October Beach Trip

It was a very nice peaceful week. The place was clean. A great location: The beach access is across the road and lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. The property manager Brandon was great! He assisted with all questions very promptly!!! Thanks Brandon!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place!

This property was as advertised. Great access to the beach and such a wonderful property. If I could change just one thing, it’d be the mattress in the master bedroom. It was way too hard for mine and my fiancés liking. Legitimately that’s the only thing I would have changed about this property. All around a wonderful stay.

Great stay in awesome location.

We had a great stay at this property. Comfortable, with great access to the beach and boardwalk. Access to the pool was a nice bonus for the kids. The property manager was easy to reach, and quickly addressed an issue we had with the HVAC during our stay. Summer heat, it happens! Just glad he took care of it quickly.

2022 Spring Break

The condo was cute and cozy. View of the beach just across the street was nice! Lots to see and do around the condo as well which was fun! A few things we noticed and that might be very helpful for the next family-add a microwave plate in the microwave. Make sure to have WiFi log in and password printed off somewhere, maybe near tvs or on the written on the cute chalk board. The chairs at the dining room table seem to be falling apart a bit as far as the seats. It would be very helpful to possible have a phone number to reach out to Brandon-he did reply to email fairly quickly though which was greatly appreciated! A pitcher to make tea/lemonade might be a nice addition in the kitchen as well. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets which was very nice!! We were aware that both sliders were going to be replaced (not in time for our stay though) so that will be very comforting to the next family for sure! Adorable patio furniture to enjoy the sunrise and even the occasional lighting storm at night as well!! Overall, a wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed our family vacation greatly!! Thank you for the memories Carolina Beach!!!!

Great location

Pictures of this rental are on point and it does say it's a remodeled establishment with that being said it is in an older building. It was a little confusing as which building and parking spot was together but we figured it out. Over all it was good for the one night I needed it for. If I needed it for a week or longer with my family I would have to pass.

Awesome place/ location!!

Awesome place that was exactly as described! It was very clean and within walking distance to everything. Also as a pleasant surprise * bonus* the owner had a welcome box filled with treats to welcome and me and thank me for choosing them for my stay! Great couple to work with and very responsive as well. Will definitely use this place again in the future. Thanks! ☺️

Nice updated condo in great location

Right across the street from the boardwalk and the beach, walkable to all the restaurants in Carolina Beach. Great host. Place was very clean, updated and made our vacation very easy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Condo was exactly as pictured, location was great - being able to walk everywhere

The good: great location if you want to be in the middle of the action close to the boardwalk and typical tourist traps. The beach is across the street and spectacular. We didn’t need our car for anything but the rental came with 2 parking spots. The inside of the condo was just renovated, decorated nicely and pretty clean. The back patio was perfect for enjoying the cool breeze in the shade after a day on the beach. The bad: Didn’t like having to rent the sheets and bath towels, making and unmaking our own beds while on vacation. There were no hangers or enough places to hang wet towels. Master bathroom shower was tiny. Sliding doors out to the patio do not lock. Building was old and run down - pool was tiny. All in all, a good value for the money with a few improvements needed. The location wasn’t ideal for us because it seemed like a seedy part of town but a very short walk to all the action at the marina, boardwalk, fireworks, live music, bars, restaurants and shops. It was also a pleasure to have such a short walk to the beach without having to deal with parking

Great experience!

Excellent, prompt and responsive customer service! Our first time at Carolina Beach and very pleased 😀 Location perfect. Unit fresh and so clean clean. We would definitely come again!
