"One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!"

"The husband and I stayed here for the 2nd half of our 20yr wedding anniversary trip. It was our first time visiting Great Sacandaga Lake. Even though the water levels were really low (late September) we were still able to get out on the water…. did some fishing, explored Sand Island and even caught an amazing Pike. House was very clean and kitchen stocked well, check in was extremely easy! Brian the neighbor was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The home is beautiful and spacious! The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was a smart tv so we could access apps we subscribed to and logged in. All the bedrooms also have TVs in them as well which was nice as some guests prefer to fall asleep with a tv on. The beds/pillows were great and we all felt like we were getting a good nights sleep. "The description and pictures on the listing unfortunately did not match what we encountered. The house appeared clean, beds were comfortable, however that is where the good ends.
