"Upon arrival to check in we weren't informed that there was a wedding taking place that day at the hotel. Our room no 205 a family room was situated above the wedding reception venue. From about 9pm sat night the noise was noticeable from the wedding and then from 10.30pm till after midnight there were rowdy loud guests in the corridor and adjacent rooms which kept myself ,my partner and our daughter awake. "We were given the tiniest room in the hotel even when there were other available rooms. We know the others were bigger as we saw them in the morning while cleaning.
It was so tiny that we did not have space to walk between our suitcases and the bed.
Another negative point is that there were not option to eat when we arrived at 20h. The restaurant was closed and the hotel is isolated with not restaurants in the sourrandings. In Spain, hotels serve meals in wide timetables in order to adapt...

"The building and grounds here are absolutely beautiful. It's clearly been a wonderful place to stay at some point. Having said that, our trip was generally very disappointing. We arrived in the evening, and there were no staff at all to be seen. There was a bar open, with music playing, and no staff. A sign noted to call a mobile number for help.
