"The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. She greeted us as we arrived and made sure we knew everything about the place and gave us help to find anything else in the city. The room was quite spacious and had an actual King size bed. "Evan though the hotel is a few miles from Arbroath, it is an excellent location for the beach for walking and swimming and a very nice property. Excellent morning breakfast as well as a good supper menu"

If you are on holiday in the area, this accommodation is highly recommended. The rooms and the building are beautifully decorated. Breakfast is super delicious and the owners are excellent. They take care of everything and also give great tips for the region."
