Like an Ibis but expensive
Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake view from the Lodge. Ugly restaurant and bar. The machines doesn't work they keep your money and lady in reception couldn't help. It's not a 4 stars hotel! ITS NOT LAKE DISTRICT Expedia is not clear about that.

UN ENTORNO ENCANTADOR
Un hotel muy especial, con casitas y estudios al lado de un lago. Entorno privilegiado, todo muy nuevo y con grandes comodidades por ser bungalows. Hemos estado 3 maravillosos días conociendo ese bonito lugar y se agradecía llegar en esa pequeña cabañita para relajarnos de todo el ajetreo del día. El personal dejaba bastante que desear sobre todo porque parecía que eramos raros por el hecho de no ser del país. Sufrimos algun episodio desagradable con ellos que no voy a explicar detalladamente pero que creo que deben de mejorar pues la gracia de visitar un país también reside en acoger bien al turista. Por ello no le he dado 5 estrellas, porqué el resto de verdad que se lo merece!

Very near the motorway. You are in Windermere in less than half an hour. Lovely area. Quiet. The apartments are very well equipped and spacious. The views are quite nice. Parking is right next to the lodges which is great. Felt secure. The few points I would like them to improve on. 1. The gym timings should be extended to 10pm from the current 8 pm 2. The children play area should be improved. There are no swings. Just a slide and a tree house

Staff at reception very friendly and informative. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and although we didn't take part it looked like there was lots of activities going on (this didn't disturb us) Our lodge was bigger than expected and clean Lots of cutlery and plates to use and a filter coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The property is easy to get to and a good base for exploring the area.

Beautiful and peaceful location, lots to see and do and very close to so many gorgeous spots! Definitely would recommend and the views in Arnside is lovely

We stayed there for one week and enjoyed the first four days with some quiet time. However for the last two remaining days we had the misfortune of new noisy next door neighbours who made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The walk round the lake was very nice and the in-house restaurant offering reasonably priced dining options.

Property had a wet floor in corner... some old pasta under bedside cabinet and woodlice that had been attracted... disgusting... also bar staff miseable.. like wanting to be served was an inconvenience... never smiled or had any decent customer service in them.. poor.. would never go back

Lovely quiet peaceful stay in a very spacious cabin. Pool and spa facilities lovely. Pleasant meal in the resteraunt. All staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to get away from it all for a few restful days.

Clean apartment with everything you need to use for cooking. The restaurant is easy to access and the food is cheap. Very nice and quiet area. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Wonderful Easter at Pine Lake Resort! It surpassed our expectations in every way. A clearly very well-run, maintained and cared for holiday resort on edge of the Lakes, just off the motorway. The only downside was the traffic noise from the adjacent A road and nearby motorway, but that did mean it was easily accessible with excellent transport links - there is even a bus stop just inside the entrance! We absolutely loved the lodge! Very modern, high-spec kitchen (quartz worktops!) and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the main bedroom's bed was enormous! Any issues were sorted by the maintenance team almost immediately. We all also loved the family pool and the regular inflatable sessions. The staff were so attentive and friendly yet made sure no one overstayed their hour-long slot! (You have to book a one hour swimming session beforehand.) I also was impressed by the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna for no extra charge. The site was beautifully maintained with shrubs and lawns all looking stunning. I also loved the 'wild area' with its insect hotel and wildflowers. More of that near the lodges would be great! Overall, a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

Lovely view of the lake, my grandsons enjoyed feeding the very friendly ducks . Great lodge plenty of space and very clean excellent value for money, leisure centre was lovely we all enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.staff were very welcoming on arrival.

Swimming pool , sauna and hot tub was closed, but they give to us alternative to go to Turmham Hall , 21 miles away to used their facilities. 😃 Pine Lake is stunning place. Turmham Hall too. Very nice place to relax. Thank you

We stayed in one of the studio apartments and it was lovely. It was spacious and equipped with everything you needed. The kitchenette was clean and had all items you could need. The apartment was clean also and received regular housekeeping. The reception was friendly and the check in was easy. The resort had what I've heard is a fabulous restaurant and swimming pool although we didn't have time to tryout them out. The location was ideal for both the motorway and local amenities to explore the surrounding area. The stay was great and would definitely stay there again the next time when we are visiting friends and family we will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family break
Lovely couple of nights away. Lodge was clean and spacious with lots of little extras, milk, tea, soap, kitchen roll etc. Beautiful setting. Restaurant was very handy. Children enjoyed the pool and mini golf.
