Inside, you'll find a bright, welcoming layout with three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for families and groups. The spacious sunroom serves as a second living area, perfect for game nights, movie marathons, or curling up with a good book after a day of exploring.

Lake Access Guidelines



To help preserve this special shared shoreline for everyone, we ask that all guests observe the following:



Please be courteous and respectful of neighbors at all times.

Only use the paddleboards provided with the home. Please do not use kayaks, paddleboards, or other watercraft stored at the shared access, as they belong to neighboring property owners.

Kayaks are available to rent nearby at Tahoe Waterman's Landing, just a short walk away.

Please keep noise to a minimum while enjoying the lakefront. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Do not walk, sit, or gather on neighboring piers or docks.

Please remove paddleboards and other water equipment from the water after use and avoid blocking access for others.

Parties, excessive drinking, and large gatherings are not permitted at the shared lake access. Public beaches are available nearby for larger group activities.

Please treat the paddleboards and all provided equipment with care and return everything in the same condition you found it.
