"Clean and easy. Just note close to msin road and facing that way, so you hear lots of road noise. In summer would be good if the fire place could be fully turned off; the pilot light too. The glass was very hot to the touch and counter acted the AC. Good overall. Quiet building and very clean."

"This little place is great for a couple. It’s not lakeside it’s on the other side of the road. The best part was the fast response in communication with the host and we were able to check in a little early, which was great. It has a small kitchen, which I was able to make meals in for just the two of us. The bathroom was nice with no problems. TV worked well. The bed was ok just too firm for our liking. Tahoe is cool enough no need for AC. Check out the ice cream down the road and the pizza...

"The property was as described -- great view, lovely location and very comfortable! There were 4 bedrooms (2-king, 2 with 2 doubles). Fireplace, big deck with BBQ, well equipped kitchen and extra blankets as the weather was changing rapidly! All in all a great stay and good communication via text (cell phone is necessary) with the host/group."

"This is the standard one bedroom suite at Everline. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is spacious, pullout couch is actually very comfortable. The only thing missing is a smart tv -- because the weather was terrible and we couldn't ski, we spent a lot of time watching bad movies on cable tv since we couldn't access any streaming services. "Tahoe properties are very expensive during high season and this property was lower in price so we naturally expected a smaller, older condo unit. When we first arrived to the unit we did not notice any issues. However, when we returned for the evening we noticed odors that smelled like pet urine. We did not call the host as it was late and figured there was nothing that could be done and it would of required a move if they even had another unit. We opened the windows which helped minimize...

"Room is clean, has everything we need including a small kitchen and a medium fridge, which is great for family. There's a queen bed and a sofa bed. The lake view is quite nice. The only downside is the noise from the floor above. We hear loud steps day and night. "

"Overall our stay was great—the location was hard to beat. You can see the WaSheShu lift from the condo. True ski in-ski out. The building had wonderful amenities, including 3 hot tubs, fitness center, and business rooms. We had 2 small complaints: 1) the kitchen is truly a kitchenette and has no oven. Looking back, the listing didn’t advertise an oven, but when you advertise a kitchen, it feels like lack of an oven should be called out.
