I recently stayed at Kate’s place with my friends for a bachelorette getaway, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Kate went above and beyond to make our stay special. She customized everything for the bachelorette, and it truly made the experience memorable.The house itself is stunning, immaculately clean, aesthetically beautiful, and thoughtfully decorated with green plants and soothing water features. It’s incredibly calming and therapeutic.The hot tub was perfect, with the temperature just right, so we could jump in and enjoy without any hassle. Kate also provided face masks, essential oils, and plenty of snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch.Overall, the stay was relaxing, fun, and perfectly curated. Kate is a wonderful host, and I can’t recommend her place enough for anyone looking for a getaway.

We loved every single thing about our stay! Kate and Isaac were the best hosts and have clearly put so much thought, effort and time into designing this property to make it welcoming and giving guests a wonderful experience. There was friendly and thorough communication prior to our arrival, and we couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the property. As soon as we stepped inside, we felt at peace and like we were at a spa. There was soft music playing, a fountain gently trickling, plants hanging all around, some chocolates for our anniversary...the decor and furnishings are beautiful and there are so many thoughtful touches and amenities (extra chargers to borrow, snacks/tea/coffee and multiple types of coffee makers, aromatherapy oil diffuser, indoor slippers, hot tub, bathrobes, soaking tub, even things like extra toothbrushes). There was also a pillow bar, which was amazing and something I've never before seen at a vacation rental. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and beautifully furnished, and the bed is super comfortable. Our dog was also perfectly happy here - he was provided with a bed, toys, treats and bowls, and was blissfully relaxed the entire time. We also appreciated the lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer and will absolutely book again next time we are in the area! Thank you so very much, Kate and Isaac!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the Duvall area for a wedding. The place was great! We were very impressed with the attention to detail. The hot tub was very relaxing. The furnishings (including the bed) were very comfortable. We felt like we were at a spa! The surrounding neighborhood was very cool and we enjoyed walking around Marcel Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Spa Like Getaway

Both my husband and I are actors and we were filming all week in Carnation and the surrounding area. Kate and Isaac's VRBO was the PERFECT spot for us. SPA VIBES throughout! From the little waterfall mediations in each room, the spa robes and soaking tub. HOT TUB outside and the Primary suite bed is soooooo comfortable. And I am VERY picky! Like we have had to leave places in the past because the bed was so awful. But this bed also came with SEVERAL choices of pillows. Pick what works for you. ONLY thing, there is no stove BUT there is a microwave and toaster over. And I brought a little single burner and Kate even gave me a pot, so I cook my soup. Which I ended up just using the microwave, so the kitchenette worked out great. And talk about FULLY STOCKED. Complimentary Tea, soda, snacks, SMORES makings, coffee, chips and MORE! We also brought our furbaby, Bruno, and he too was VERY comfortable. There were doggie treats, doggie bed, doggies blankets and a doggie pillow just for him. A beautiful front and back yard and plenty of parking. I loved the neighbor, as I would walk Bruno in the morning before going to the film set. We will stay here again for sure! HIGHLY recommend!! I'd give more stars if I could!

Weekend Antiquing and Relaxation

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at!

Based on the pictures and description, we expected a pleasant stay but we were blown away by the incredible attention to detail and charm. Kate and Issac went above and beyond to make their guests feel right at home in a beautifully decorated, very serene environment. Kate was super responsive and helpful. We simply cannot recommend this stay more!
