Family house 300 meters from the beach and the center of Carnac Plage

Our house, completely renovated in 2017, is ideally located in Carnac Plage, less than 3 minutes walk from the Grande Plage, the yacht club, the thalasso, bakeries, a caterer ..... without forgetting the restaurants.

The enclosed garden allows you to park 2 cars (electric gate for one of the 2 accesses), and offers a terrace on which you can enjoy the sun and take your meals.

The house consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with central island and canopy overlooking the living room of 40 m2, all accessing the terrace by two bay windows.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, one bedroom with a 110 cm bed (our grandparents' bed), a space that can be dedicated to children / teenagers with convertible sofa + TV and DVD player + bathroom , completed with a mezzanine with 2 90 cm mattresses. A bathroom and its double sink + a separate toilet complete the 1st floor.

The icing on the cake, you will find in the attic the master bedroom with 160 cm bed and shower room + WC (absent on the photos .... it is only a matter of time)

Closets or dressers are available in the bedrooms as well as in the main rooms.

A garage completes everything with 2 bikes available, a second fridge / freezer useful for large families, as well as a laundry area with washing machine & dryer.

From the house you can walk to the different beaches of Carnac (300 meters for the Grande Plage). And by car you can visit the peninsula of Quiberon, Vannes, the port of Trinité sur Mer, the small port of Saint-Goustan and all the islands of the gulf (Ile aux moines, Ars, ...) or even Beautiful island.

For golf lovers, 5 courses within 50 km of the house (the nearest 15 km).

All the ingredients are there to spend a wonderful holiday in our tastefully decorated house offering all the comfort.
