This wonderful Carmel Point home is walking distance from both Carmel Beach and Carmel River Beach, both of which are dog-friendly beaches. Bring the whole family - including your fur baby - on your vacation to this pet friendly home.
Carmel-by-the-Sea is famously dog friendly and you will find many restaurants, shops and attractions will welcome you and your dog with open arms.

Scenic drives a long 17 Mile Drive® in Pebble Beach® or along the Pacific Coast Highway to breathtaking Big Sur are easy from this location, and you can have your fill of hiking, exploring, beachcombing, golfing and boutique shopping during your stay.

Highlights:
This 1,000 sf, single-level home (4 steps to get inside the front door) is comfortably furnished and well-equipped to host guests for extended stays.
The living room has a wifi-enabled Smart TV. Guests should bring the logins to their streaming subscriptions for programming.
Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and the yard is fenced.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have views of the garden surrounding the home.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV.
The bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use and are located near the kitchen.

Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
