    The unit has ocean-views from the living-room, patio, and bedroom. Walk from your door to Carlsbad's famous Tamarack Beach Park in 45 steps, and less than 3 minutes! You can also walk to the village, only about 1/2 a mile away, where all the shops and restaurants are.

Perfect trip

It is such a beautiful home and we are grateful to have stayed there. The patio in front with seating and fire pit are just perfect for family evenings. This was our second stay and we are already planning the next one!

Another great trip

We just love this house! Steps from the beach, a nice walk to the village and an amazing patio for evenings together by a fire. Just so relaxing and very clean! Love it! Have stayed for the past several years and will stay again soon!

Convenient location

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach and Legoland. Loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use!

Third year in a row!

We just love this place. So clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. The patio with the fire pit is so amazing and where we gathered for meals and late night talks and morning coffee. All while enjoying the beautiful weather. Will stay again for sure!!

Perfect Property

This was the perfect place for us in north San Diego county. I have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement. I would definitely stay here every time I’m in north county.

Soccer Moms get away!

We were in town while our girls played in a soccer tourney and this was the best place to stay! Beautiful view of the water, super quick walk to the beach (under 1 min), and a 10-15 min walk into town makes it a great location. We had friends over one night to enjoy the patio and fire which was enjoyed by all. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Rainy days at the beach.

Beautiful condo, very conveniently located to the beach and village. It poured for 2 days and would have appreciated a few games to play but overalll a great visit. Description says 2 bedrooms but there is actually 3.

Perfect all around

My family loved this place. The condo has everything you need and all the rooms were perfectly equipped. But the highlight is the patio. We spent the entire time out there. The sand was the favorite of our kids. The expansive patio doors made it even better. The condo has all you need for the beach too. It’s a very short walk to Tamarack but you do have to go down some stairs. Or you could walk another 5 minutes to the ramp area to the south. Also, downtown Carlsbad is only a 15 min or so. In summary, don’t hesitate to book this place if you seek a restful vacation with family or friends right near the beach.

Place as described. Clean with everything needed for a great time at the beach. Need to be aware that there are a lot of steps down to the sand if that might be a problem for anyone in your group.

the house was clean and looks like the pictures. amazing beach access and the sunsets were stunning every night. quick 10-15 minute walk to downtown and overall was the perfect weekend getaway :)

Modern, clean decor was just our style! We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. Also enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating out front. We will be back!

Sunny stay all around

Fabulous place to spend time & enjoy the beach at a great value. We loved experiencing this indoor/outdoor living space right near the beach & close to restaurants too. I would love to come back again.
