Perfect Beach Getaway – We Can’t Wait to Come Back!The beach house was perfect in every sense of the word. From the moment we booked until checkout, our host Thane was incredible—thorough, helpful, and kind. His communication made everything seamless and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our stay the best it could be—and it truly was.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located just steps from beach access, which made things so easy even with a toddler. It’s also within walking distance to the heart of town with great shops and restaurants. The house was well-equipped with everything we could have needed—beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and even a life jacket, which we had forgotten to pack!At one point during our stay, the GFI outlet went out—no big deal at all. I emailed Thane just to make him aware and let him know I hadn’t contacted Joe (the on-site support) since it wasn’t urgent. Thane still had Joe stop by, and he was just as kind and communicative. It was fixed quickly and professionally.We’ve been coming to Carlsbad for as long as I can remember, and this was by far our favorite stay. My daughter didn’t want to leave, and neither did we. The only question now is—how early can we book next year’s trip?We highly recommend this property and host. Truly a five-star experience. Thank you, Thane!

First of all, Thane was a wonderful host. Communication was fast and helpful. We felt at home immediately in this beautiful house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The location was perfect. It was convenient to the beach and to lovely walks. Not only was it comfortable and clean, it was also stylish and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay! Old town Carlsbad was delightful and an easy walk from the house for shopping and dining. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in the perfect location. Beach right across the street. Took the kids there every day. It was nice having the wagon, chairs and sand toys in the garage. My two year old grandson loved it! Thank you so much.

Friends and I decided to get out of vegas for a few days for our birthday. Could not of asked for a more relaxing vacation and a place to stay that was clean, and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The place was just as advertised and check in was easy. Owner very friendly and answered all my questions within a reasonable time table. Would defined like to stay there again

The condo is perfect, great location! We walked to dinner and coffee. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach for runs and surfing. Loved the upstairs porch to watch the surfers! Easy access to the freeway to get back and forth to San Diego. We look forward to going back next year!

What a wonderful place to stay by the beach. It’s big enough to have extended family or friends stay with you. It is so well stocked , you will have anything you need. The owner, Thane, responds immediately when you communicate with him. 2 open patios allow you to hear the ocean day & night.

Best place we have rented for a vacation. Beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Close to everything. Clean, modern and includes everything you need for a beach vacation - towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, kids toys, you don’t need to bring anything. Thane is the absolute best as a host. Incredibly responsive, flexible and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Lovely condo in a super ideal location in Carlsbad. This home has everything you could need for a rental property! What we loved so much was the detailed communication available on the listing and website, but also at the home. There are some great features of the home, and everything is clearly and professionally labeled and explained. It doesn’t leave you guessing how to figure something out. We will definitely return for a future visit!

A beautiful beach property in the fun beach town of Carlsbad. It accommodated kids and grandkids with everything we could have wanted or needed. The premises were clean and well cared for, both beautiful and practical. Great views of the ocean and much fun family time together!

The cutest house in Carlsbad: I’ve stayed plenty places. But this house beats any other rental by far. Pictures and description just don’t do it justice. I won’t be renting any other home besides this one from here on out. I didn’t want to leave! And thane is an amazing host and so accommodating. I appreciate him for all he did to make my trip the best it could be!

Our stay at this house was awesome all the way around. The manager Thane was attentive and spot on with check in instructions and with what to expect. The home had everything you would want and more and was steps from the ocean. We had ocean views from every part of the house and the owners have thoroughly went through the home to ensure guests are well taken care of. I have stayed in many homes and this was one of the very best.

The condo had absolutely everything we needed. The grandkids loved the Bogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. The pictures don’t give this place Justice. It was more spacious than we imagined. Definitely will rent again!

House was immaculate, tastefully furnished and located across the street from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens. Easy walk into town; never used our car for the whole time. Spacious garage so parking and unloading was easy. Views of the ocean and outdoor balconies made it so special. Would highly recommend this property. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Spacious enough for families with children. Thank u Thane for sharing your vacation home with us!

I have stayed at VRBO properties all over the country. I have been amazed at how a skilled photographer can make an average property look first class. This is not one of those properties. Everything is as advertised. The host is one of the most responsive I've ever dealt with. The only picture missing is the amazing sunsets from the two balconies. 5 stars all the way.
