5 Star Apartment with Unbeatable Ocean View

My husband and I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was by far the nicest. The beds are very comfortable; the kitchen is spacious and well equipped; the bathrooms both have two sinks and excellent water pressure. But what stands out above all is the excellent uninterrupted view of the coast and the ocean. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Stunning View Lovely Condo

Situated so you have a view of the ocean and the lagoon, the condo was spotless, well appointed and just lovely. Everything worked, the kitchen equipment was in wonderful condition, the linens were soft and the automatic blinds were wonderful. We’d stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. This home is just perfect. The communication with Kelley was fantastic and the property exceeded our expectations. The views are gorgeous and the home has EVERYTHING you would need for an amazing stay. This will definitely be a property in Carlsbad we will return to.

Beyond memorable

Fabulous!

This condo is beautiful. The location is stunning, it's an easy walk to the beach and a bit further into town. Lot's of parking. The deck and view are fabulous. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. We would definitely return.

Exceptional vacation property

This is the second year we have rented this property, obviously we love it! The views are spectacular with that wall of windows, we love watching the waves and the surfers and the beautiful sunsets. The beach is a couple of blocks away and we enjoy walking along the waterfront to Carlsbad Village for shopping and restaurants. The property itself is beautifully maintained and the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. Very hard to beat if you're looking for something similar in the Carlsbad area!

Nice home but Horrible Mattresses

Nice home but the mattresses are horribly soft. If you want a sore back from sinking to China, stay here. They need to invest in firm mattresses. Truly, the mattresses are just a big soft sponge with zero firmness. I exercise and work out 5 days per week, so I am NOT in poor health but sleeping on these mattresses is unbearable.

Favorite vacation rental

I really think this is our favorite vacation rental! The ocean views are stunning but you are on a quiet road, not the highway. Five minutes from the beach and an easy walk to Carlsbad Village for a donut from The Goods or whatever other shopping/dining you'd like to do! The unit itself is super comfortable and spotless with a well-equipped kitchen, so we could eat in or out. We definitely plan to return!

Doesn't get any better than this.

I've got a pretty high bar for rental properties, this is stand out. Super well appointed, well equipped, high quality, comfortable beds, clean, and responsive not to mention an awesome old-school video table game console that just fits the profile. Well done, I'll be back for sure!

Just an amazingly beautiful spot.

Seamless renting and access to the property. Very nice, quiet property with great ocean view and people watching. Easily walkable to several restaurants we much enjoyed. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Amazing!

This place is fantastic starting with the amazing view from the deck, the well appointed kitchen, soft linens on the bed, comfortable seating throughout, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, bogey boards and on and on! Easy access to eateries, the beach, stores, etc. This place is amazing and we will definitely be back!

VACATION PERFECTION!!!

WOW!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PROPERTY!!!! My 2 college age kids, my husband and I stayed here for a family vacation. The home has EVERYTHING EVERYTHING you could need. Beach towels, bikes, wagon. The kitchen may have more appliances, spices, cooking supplies than most people have at home! 😊 The grill on the porch was an added bonus! The entertainment options are awesome! Cable TV (for the tiny moments you're not on the porch/beach) even a video game console was a PERFECT touch! The furniture/beds are SO comfortable! There is a TON of space for dining. We grilled and watched the NBA playoffs each night. We sat on the porch DAILY! It is mesmerizing! The location of the property is perfect. After grabbing groceries and snacks, you could literally not leave for your entire stay. We walked everywhere. We brought our 2 bikes from home and used the 2 from the property for the kids. As with all the amenities, the bikes were name brand/high quality bikes. We rode 10 miles to the mall. There are bike lanes on every street! We rode to the beach and downtown. The downtown has a ton of great shops and restaurants! I can't say enough about how much we loved this property. Kelly was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The check-in/check-out process may be the EASIEST I've ever experienced! We parked our large SUV in front of the house with no problem. Though there was a family downstairs, it was never a problem. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for providing a FIRST CLASS experience for our family!

Best Beach House in Carlsbad

Absolutely the best vacation rental we’ve had the pleasure to enjoy. This home has it all; from the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable living room furniture and beds, powerful wifi, Direct TV, gorgeous deck and beautiful bathrooms, we felt like we were at home but with a fabulous view of Carlsbad beach. And less than a mile from Carlsbad village; we walked there to enjoy restaurants and shops several times. We’ll definitely be back! So appreciative of our host Kelley who was attentive throughout our stay; thank you Kelley for hosting us!
