Large Family Home - 1/2 Block to Carlsbad Beach & Near Legoland

  • Imagínese relajándose en la playa mientras disfruta de esta lujosa y espaciosa casa unifamiliar, a sólo 300 pies de la playa de Carlsbad y el Océano Pacífico.

    Disfrute del desayuno en el jardín de la azotea con vista al mar y planee su día: No hacer nada, ver en el sur de California, Boogie Boarding, Legoland (dos millas), tren de montaña hasta el centro de San Diego (10 minutos a pie) o en la playa. Después de su día regrese a casa, donde las vistas y las áreas de estar principales se encuentran en el segundo piso. Haga una barbacoa en el jardín de la azotea mientras contempla la puesta de sol en el océano. No quiero cocinar? Planee una caminata de diez minutos hasta el Village para disfrutar de uno de los más de 50 restaurantes para cenar.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

What a wonderful beach house! Our family of four loved staying here. There was plenty of space to relax. We loved being a street back from the main road because it was so quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The owner was so kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

Great Beach House

This was the best place we have ever stayed in Carlsbad. The house was stock with everything you could need and was incredibly convenient to the beach and the village. We loved it.

In town for daughter's wedding. House was a perfect spot for immediate family to stay, a small group dinner, and visits from wedding party. Bob was terrific to work with, great communication and accommodating of our needs. Hope to visit again when we can really enjoy the home and the area more !

Close to the beach!

Perfect setting for a family. Plenty of room, quiet location, close to the beach and great rooftop deck. Centrally located between San Diego and Newport Beach. Highly recommend.

Short Get Away!

We had a fantastic time in Carlsbad - especially our rental property. Everyone had plenty of space, it was appointed with comfortable furnishings and we were walking distance to everything. We'll be back!

Awesome weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our time in Carlsbad. It was a great location. It was a quick easy walk to the beach and close to many different restaurants. The set up was perfect. We have 3 kids plus one of my son’s friends that are 11-14. The kids slept downstairs which was fine with us but if we had younger children that set up might not be ideal. We appreciated all of the beach gear that was provided. We will definitely stay again!

Fabulous beach house

This is a fabulous home for a beach vacation and Bob is a lovely host who greeted us and gave us an instructional tour when we arrived. It is 1/2 block from the beach. It has ocean views from the patios and roof top deck. It is spacious, light and airy, clean, comfortable and the probably the most well-equipped vacation home we've visited. Furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has lots of quality dishes and cooking supplies, and even coffee, tea, spices and oils. There are beach towels and extra bath towels and sheets, and a washer and dryer. The luxurious master shower has an array of faucet types. There are plenty of beach supplies, including a wagon. Parking is easy: a two car garage or park in driveway. The house and nearby beach are for people who can do stairs. There are two bedrooms on first floor, master bedroom and living area on second floor. We walked 15 minutes to a few good restaurants.

Ideal for a family get together

Our 3rd time at the Beach House and hopefully not our last. Great location close to the Beach and a 10 minute walk to the village. House has everything we need and the view of the sunset from the roof terrace is amazing. Can't wait to be back.

Beautiful property in a great location!

This home has absolutely everything you could need for a beach vacation! Fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, lanterns and anything you might need. This home is also ready for the young ones with stair gate, pack and play, high chair and more! They thought of everything! Property Manager is available whenever you have a question and the property itself was beautiful and clean! We hope to visit again!

Beautiful, comfy and great location !

This is a beautifully decorated beach house so close to the beach. The beds and furniture were so comfortable! Our multigenerational family loved the house layout. The views from the house and rooftop patio are beautiful and relaxing. The beach clean and not crowded and we even saw dolphins jumping out of the water one late afternoon! We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will stay here again!
