Great property that was very comfortable for our family of three generations. Plenty of options for spaces to gather…the roof deck, living room, family room, dining area, and a big, well stocked kitchen. The location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and the village. Nancy was very good about communicating and the whole process of check in and checkout was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is extremely roomy and well-stocked. Every beach necessity (bikes, helmets, surfboard, boogie board, chairs, wagons, beach toys) is located in the storage room. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and functional. The location can’t be beat with a few blocks’ walk to the beach or into the village of Carlsbad. Having a private garage is so convenient. Communications with the property manager was fast and efficient. Simply a great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was large, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. It provided plenty of space for our group of eight, ensuring everyone was comfortable. The secure property gave us peace of mind, and the overall layout was perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The property is close to all of our favorite places in Carlsbad. The highlight was definitely the exquisite rooftop deck—perfect for enjoying the views and unwinding. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Very comfortable, spacious, fully-equipped home in a wonderful location for beach, dining, access to other San Diego and North County attractions. Despite being in a busy retail/dining district, it's very private and quiet (but light sleepers, take note - the nearby rail line runs around the clock). Nancy was very communicative and helpful. The house truly has everything you might need during your stay, including a Breville espresso machine. There is secure garage parking for two cars but we found it easy to park on the street as well. This house would work well for any group.

Booked for annual girls' weekend, Great location for walking around Carlsbad. The condo was beautiful and clean. The host was communicative and helpful. She allowed for an early check-in for ladies arriving early from the airport. Left an item behind, the host was very helpful in finding a solution. Would stay again.

This condo is absolutely amazing! The rooftop sitting area is great with a view of the ocean. The condo is stocked with everything you need to cook, beach chairs and towels, and more. The location is great to access downtown Carlsbad, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place my family of 5 and a grand daughter. The best beach in San Diego county is a 3 minute walk. The place has two wagons so after each day we just rolled the wagons in the storage unit and brought them back out again for the next beach day. We had a 13month old with us and there were plenty of sand toys available. We hope to be able to come back soon. 5 stars.

This condo wows as soon as you enter the first floor living area. There is so much space with beautiful furnishings and literally everything you will need to enjoy the beautiful Carlsbad Village and beach. We stayed with our two granddaughters and there were even many toys to keep them happily entertained. The owner, Nancy, is wonderful, too! To say I recommend this condo is an understatement. Well worth every penny to stay at!

We had such a fun time staying in Carlsbad for a family reunion over July 4th. Our children have grown up coming to the beach and particularly, staying in Carlsbad. This house was a perfect family home with plenty of privacy for each of our 3 married children. All 4 bedrooms were very spacious and even came equipped with 1 Port-a-crib and 1 mini crib which worked great for our 2 grandbabies born this year. The home was cozy and the PERFECT location. Just a short walk to the beach and to many of our favorite restaurants in Carlsbad. It was nice to have a 2 car attached garage to the condo. Along with a small room to store all beach chairs and strollers next to the garage. We will definitely stay here again.

#1 - I cannot say enough kind things about Nancy, our host. She was prompt with replies and went out of her way to share information that made our stay easy and amazing #2 - the location of this property could not be better. You are minutes (walking) from everywhere. Ideal location. #3 - the property. This made us feel like home away from home. Excellent appliances, furnishings and the bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. The rooftop was where we enjoyed our morning coffee and where we had our end of day wind down by the gas fire pit. Amazing home! #4 - the amenities. This place has everthing. Bikes, wagons, toys, coolers, boogie boards, and a surf board. We had everything. I have rented vacation homes in the past but this was by far the best. You will not be disappointed.

We were blown away by this place and all the things it had to offer. Lots of room. Very well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Expensive furniture and appliances. Well taken care of. Clean and Beautiful. The rooftop deck with firepit was perfect for evening hangouts. Location of this rental is absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, LEGOLAND and nightlife. Just book it. You wont regret it! :)
