"We had a lovely time staying here! Delicious breakfast and the hosts were incredibly warm- I actually wish we had booked this spot longer"

"Can’t get a drink apparently even tho we were hotel guests we’d to wait until 5 until restaurant opened. You get added hair with you mash then get accused of planting the hair by kitchen staff because it wasn’t mixed in the mash even tho you’d to remove it from you mouth so you set it on top of mash as proof…im ginger and the hair was pure black. Told they have a private car park at back of hotel so thinking your car will be safe you wake only to find both your window wipers up and someone tried...

"Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room."

Staff were excellent, when we came to check in to the hotel we asked if we could get a taxi booked to go back to the wedding venue - without hesitation the lovely lady said she would take us back. We went to the bar had a drink while we were waiting and the bar man asked if we were going back to the wedding venue and we said yes he said come on ahead I will leave yous back. "Great spot"

"We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!"

"Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. Rosie is a Really pleasant host. Thoroughly recommend."

They should not have opened up the guest rooms until these were complete. Although comfortable the guest rooms had an unfinished feel about them. Shower was hot and good, however it was impossible to lock them in a usable position. Fittings had...

"Beautiful hotel, spotless clean and very helpful staff"

"Many stains on carpets and furniture. Small TV and not in the bed area. Small bed, not a proper king. Tall hubby was not ideal."

"Located right on the high street yet still quiet at night for a good sleep! Excellent amenities, shoutout for fab quality fluffy towels, and the toiletries (shower gel/soap) excellent quality. We were especially impressed by the “above and beyond” service, with a chilled bottle of bubbly ready for our arrival to celebrate our engagement. Thank you!!"
