"Family of two with four kids. The welcome instructions stated that the warm water would last for 30 minutes. When each of us took a shower for five minutes or less the last one didn’t have enough warm water. it is very disappointing coming back after a ski day and not being able to have a decent shower at the end of the day. "Although the accommodation is relatively small, and the facilities are basic (coffee and tea, but no cooking or eating available) it serves its purpose as a place to sleep and shower. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We were especially grateful that our wee elderly dog was allowed to sleep inside. Communication was clear and prompt."
