"The Hideaway was perfect for what we needed and close to Sea World and Old Town. The house was clean and easy to access, super cute too! My toddler loved the slide in the backyard and the outside table was great for her messy eating. The only things we would change, if it was up to us would be to have a larger couch, it seats 2 and the bed is noisy when anyone moves an inch. We would definitely stay again when visiting SD! "

"This condo is perfect for a small group of friends or small family. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking basic meals. It's our second summer in a row spending about a week here, and I'm sure we will be back! "

"This was the perfect spot for my niece and I! We were able to walk to all the spots in OB, the studio was clean, and our host was very accommodating to our check in schedule. My niece reported that the pullout couch was not the most comfortable, but the bed was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Walking distance to beach. Easy navigation on foot or by car to shopping. Quiet the majority of time. I had everything I needed to cook if I wanted or just heat up food. It was just perfect and I hope to come back. "

"Great location. Easy walk to Carlsbad village, even easier walk to a great beach. Condo was in good condition and clean. It’s a bit old obviously and nothing fancy, But pretty solid for the location and price. Heads up if you have a large vehicle parking is very tight"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property! Clean, simple, close walk to lots of coffeeshops and food that we enjoyed. It had everything we needed for a small weekend getaway. If you are looking to cook, the kitchen is a little limited and there is no coffee grinder as is listed. This didn’t impact our stay too much, we still had a wonderful time "
